Great hotel to recover from a day of walking.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous, and the location was great (we were walking the Romediusweg). The staff was very friendly. The dinner menu was not very vegan friendly, but they were very accommodating and prepared something for us.

Very nice hotel and people but room very cold.

I love how the people that work there treated us. I would give them 10/10 stars. The room was also very nice. The view...magic.

When we got there the temperature in the room was very low. We turned up the heat (wich was working), but that didn't help too much. In the morning was still so cold in the room that i woke up with a headache. Somehow i don't think this is the situation in all the rooms. Ours was the last available on booking for that day. This is my only complaint but kinda big one.

Poor

Despite the nice staff and clean property, the room's condition and the noise disturbance were major drawbacks for my stay. I would recommend the hotel management to address these issues to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

I was disappointed with the condition of my room. The room felt old and worn, and the atmosphere was quite dark. The bathroom fittings were rusty, which was not pleasant

Tolles Hotel in Toplage mit einem kulinarischen Schönheitsfehler

Tolle Lage! Sehr schön hergerichtete Zirbenholz-Zimmer und tollem Ausblick auf das Tal. Sehr ansprechender Wellness-Bereich mit Dampfbad und Sauna, sowie sehr bequemen Liege-Möglichkeiten in Schaukelsitzen oder Heubetten. Beste Ausgangslage für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge nach Sterzing oder mit der Bahn (die man mit der GuestCard kostenlos nutzen kann) nach Brixen oder Bozen.

Das Personal war generell freundlich, manchmal aber auch etwas kühl. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, besonders die Türen im ersten Stock würden eine überprüfende Einstellung vertragen, da sie sehr laut und teilweise nicht ganz von alleine schließen. Die Gerichte am Abendbuffett waren in unseren Augen nicht immer ganz stimmig in der Zusammensetzung von Hauptgericht und Beilage. Vor allem waren unserer Meinung nach die Menge der Gänge oder die Größe der Portionen (mit Salatbuffett insgesamt 5 Gänge) zu viel. Teilweise waren die Gerichte optisch sehr ansprechend angerichtet, manchmal eher weniger. Vielleicht musste es dort dann schnell gehen. Generell war das Essen das eheste, wo wir meckern konnten. Es wurde über den Abend immer sehr schnell aufgetragen, im Prinzip gingen die Gänge oft Schlag auf Schlag. Manchmal hätten wir es angenehmer gefunden, dazwischen ein wenig Pause zu haben. Das Frühstück ist ordentlich, könnte aber (wie das abendliche Salatbuffett) manchmal ein paar Variationen vertragen. Auch war die Milch am Frühstücksbuffett einmal bereits drüber und ist im Kaffee geronnen.

Es waren schöne Tage

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. das Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Das Mobiliar des Zimmers war in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der Heizkörper im Bad war verrostet.

BELLA SETTIMANA IN VAL DI FLERES

Location stupenda con panorama meraviglioso. La camera Deluxe un bel gioiellino con vista mozzafiato. Cucina curata nei dettagli e serate a tema molto originali.

Acqua a pagamento non inclusa nella mezza pensione..... 4€ al litro riempita in bottiglie di vetro da rubinetto. Consiglio un po' di attenzione verso i bambini, visto l assenza di uno spazio giochi dedicato.

Quando la realtà supera le aspettative

Posizione eccezionale, molti sentieri raggiungibili a piedi dall'hotel. Lo staff cortese e attento ai clienti, abbiamo soggiornanto in mezza pensione e oltre a trovare di nostro gradimento sia la colazione che il menù della cena (vario e di ottima qualità) hanno sempre prestato attenzione alla mia richiesta di non avere latticini nelle pietanze. Degustare amari e distillati locali dopo la cena nella confortevole zona bar dell'hotel un momento davvero piacevole. La camera con vista sulla vallata una meraviglia. Grazie davvero per aver contributo a rendere splendida la nostra vacanza!

Ottima struttura nella Val di Fleres

Il personale è stato molto gentili e disponibile, la camera si affaccia sulla val di Fleres, sarebbe da tornarci in estate perché meriterebbe molto. Colazione e cena molto buone.

Avrei preferito un bagno più grande ma andava bene lo stesso
