The resort offers a wide range of activities for both kids and adults, set in a beautiful area surrounded by nature. Breakfast includes plenty of options, and the staff are very friendly and supportive.
I would recommend this resort for families with children, but not for couples or older guests, as it can be quite crowded and noisy due to the large number of kids.
1. The resort is large, with numerous activities for both kids and adults, yet surprisingly, there is no clinic or nurse on-site—not even a part-time doctor or nurse. For a place of this size and with so many facilities, the absence of basic medical support is concerning. The nearest clinic is a 25-minute drive. 2. No A/C

Location is amazing, I can’t put it into words.
There is a large number of facilities for children, both indoor and outdoor, so you don’t need to worry about the weather.
The rooms are large and very well equipped, with good quality materials and attention to details.
Checkout is at 11, I would expect 12 from a five star hotel. I asked for 1 hour delay in checkout, but it was not possible. This kind of rigidity was very disappointing, especially since my reasons for late checkout were serious.
