An excellent, traditional Alpine hotel with a top-rate half-board.

Spacious, comfortable and quiet room. Nice location a bit removed from the hubbub of town. An excellent breakfast buffet and an exceptional evening meal:

Furnishings and fixtures in the room are showing their age and could use a sprucing-up. If you’re planning an early departure, beware: reception is not open for check-out until 8am.

Good location, outdated approach

Hotel is a stunning location and the wellness area was good (and they were relaxed about wearing swim wear which was good for us as some other hotels are strict that swimwear is not allowed which doesn't appeal to us). You could get a bus to the ski area, but we drove as we had a car.

This is a very 'traditional' hotel, to the point of being outdated. We got a frosty reception when we asked for a drink at 10pm - there is no real bar area so you are left having a drink on a small bench beside the bar or in reception. We were told breakfast available 7-10am, but when we arrived at 9.30am, it was clear we were considered to be "late" and got the dregs of the food that was left and cold coffee. The female staff have to wear a traditional Austrian style uniform which I found to be completely outdated and somewhat humiliating for the female staff members. Overall the staff weren't over-friendly or particularly helpful. On a more practical level, the ski room wasn't locked during the day so we were a bit worried about leaving our kit there.

Das Personal war extrem nett! Man konnte sich auch so am Abend richtig nett unterhalten!

Der Boden war schon sehr fleckig und das Bett extrem weich aber das sind eher persönliche Dinge die mir nicht gefallen

Tradycyjny i typowo regionalny, duży obiekt turystyczny z kompletem własnej infrastruktury. Świetnie usytuowany, z dużą przestrzenią widokową na otaczające dolinę góry. Łatwy dojazd, duży i bezpieczny parking, (są ładowarki), własne skibusy (tylko w określonych godzinach), duża narciarnia, przyjazne i klimatyczne części wspólne, miejsce do masażu i sauna, jest też winda w budynku głównym. Poczucie komfortu, górskiego klimatu i intymności już na wejściu. Pokoje dość komfortowe, z pełnym zapleczem sanitarnym, trochę archaiczne w formie (lata 90-te). Dobrze wyciszone, świetnie dogrzane, widne (raczej te większe). Wyposażenie podstawowe, podobnie z akcesoriami sanitarnymi. Bardzo dobra oferta kulinarna, wielodaniowa, świeża i smaczna. Śniadania powtarzalne, ale nikt nie wyjdzie głodny. Personel kulturalny, pomocny, czasami zasadniczy. Zakwaterowanie bezproblemowe, podobnie końcowe rozliczenie, elastyczne godziny przyjazdu i wyjazdu. Bardzo duży plus za warunki i podejście do towarzyszących gościom zwierząt domowych.
