Great spot to stop while visiting the Stubai Glacier

Typical Austrian Alp Hotel. You get everything you need - next door restaurant, car parking, good breakfast and we even got summer passes for the Stubai gondola, which is something we did not expect :)

The room facilities (beds, bath-tub, TV, etc.) are a bit old and could be renewed in order to make the hotel experience even more comfortable.

Die Lage. Das Appartement ist sehr groß und hat einen großen Balkon. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir habe aber nicht viel gekocht. Das Skigeschäft und ein Restaurant sind direkt neben dem Appartementhaus. Das Restaurant ist sonntags und montags zu. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt an der Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage. Der Spar Supermarkt ist direkt schräg gegenüber, auf der anderen Strassenseite. Schade, dass er sonntags zu ist

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Bad und die getrennte Toilette riechen sehr unangenehm. Wir haben ständig das Fenster offen lassen müssen. Wir waren im 2. Stock und hörten die Bar unten noch sehr laut, nach Mitternacht. Sonntag war die Bar Gott sei Dank zu. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer und die Couch sind etwas hart. In der Küche ist sehr heiß. Den Heizkörper kann man nicht einstellen. Der Skiraum ist ziemlich klein. Es gibt keine Skischuhtrokner wie üblich, sondern nur Ablagen für die Schuhe. Es gibt dort auch nur ein paar Ständer für die Skis. In der Tiefgarage gibt es die Schließfächer für die Skis. Die Rezeption ist leider ab 12:00 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt.

Die Wohnung war sehr groß für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Teilweise wurde sie schon erneuert (Dusche, Küche, Essbereich). Die Lage ist mega gut.

Vhodné na lyžiarsku dovolenku, za výhodnú cenu / príjemné prostredie / jednoduchý self check in

Ubytovanie sa nám veľmi páčilo. Apartmán bol veľmi veľký, 3 balkóny, 2 kúpeľne. Kuchyňa veľmi dobre vybavená, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali. Prostredie / okolie tiché. Oproti ubytovaniu je obchod SPAR, kde sa dá kúpiť všetko čo potrebujete. Určite toto ubytovanie odporúčame :)

Parkovisko má úzky vchod - treba ísť veľmi opatrne autom. Taktiež parkovacie miesta sú menšie / ale nie je to veľká prekážka. Chýbala nám lepšia lyžiareň. Nevyužili sme ju, nakoľko bol pokazený zámok na skrinke - nedala sa zatvoriť. Lyže sme si nechali preto v aute.

Alles vorhanden, was man braucht - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht besonders gut

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und groß und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist mit den wichtigsten Geräten ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine). Es gibt zwei Balkone.

Bei der Ankunft und den ganzen Tag über war kein Personal anwesend, erst am nächsten Tag. Die Wohnung hat für den Preis eine nicht besonders hochwertige Verarbeitung (Tapete in Steinoptik im Bad u.ä.). Mit der Sauberkeit insbesondere an den Badezimmerwänden und in den Ecken waren wir nicht zufrieden. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung alles, was notwendig ist, ist jedoch eher lieblos eingerichtet und sie hat keinen urigen oder gemütlichen Charme. Der Blick vom Balkon ist nicht besonders schön, er geht zur Straße raus, wo man in die Jahre gekommene Schilder, Leuchttafeln und grelle Lichter sieht, obwohl Bergblick angegeben war. Teilweise funktionierten die Lampen nicht. Der Fernseher konnte nicht mit anderen Geräten verbunden werden und hatte keine Smart-TV-Funktionen. Insgesamt hätten wir uns für den Preis eine schönere und bessere Qualität der Wohnung gewünscht - es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht besonders gut und wir haben uns nicht besonders wohlgefühlt, zumal alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und günstig „renoviert“ erschien. Direkt unter der Wohnung befindet sich eine Après Ski Bar, die während unseres Aufenthalts zum Glück geschlossen war.

Die Austattung wirkt abgenutzt, abgelebt und in die Jahre gekommen, man ist aber anscheinend dabei sie Stück für Stück zu erneuern, teilweise passt sie auch nicht zusammen

Dieser Ort war wirklich top! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, wie zum Beispiel ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen, wurde sofort darauf eingegangen. Die Apartments waren super geräumig – das war herrlich! Schöne Balkone mit traumhafter Aussicht. Gute Lage. Wir konnten auch den Gesundsee und die Biosauna dort nutzen. Das Restaurant (150 m entfernt), in dem man Abendessen, Mittagessen oder Frühstück reservieren kann, ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Sehr gutes und preiswertes Essen. Freundlicher Service. Dieser Ort war wirklich top! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war, dass es ziemlich lange dauerte, bis das Wasser in der Dusche warm wurde.

Weinig personeel aanwezig, maar gelukkig wel telefonisch bereikbaar. Beetje gedateerd interieur, maar wel schoon.
