Outstanding hotel!

This hotel is outstanding! We got a very traditional Austrian feel staying here. All staff are so friendly and helpful, the room was huge and clean and comfortable. The evening meal was so good! Breakfast also good. Very well organised hotel with lots of information on the area. Heated outdoor pool also a bonus!

A last minute booking that worked out perfectly

Staff were friendly and welcoming. They looked after me and the particular requests I made and went out of their way to assist me. A genuinely lovely hotel to stay in if you are skiing in the valley

Thank you for a wonderful week; we could not have asked for more. The staff are exceptional.

The staff were exceptional, so helpful and cheerful. We had a lovely spacious room and stayed half board. The food was amazing at breakfast and evening meals. We also enjoyed the New Year's Eve celebrations with the most remarkable buffet, dinner and firework display. The hotel caters well for skiers and the stop for the ski bus is just outside the hotel. Just a fantastic week.

The room was a little warm. The shower could be improved. The regulations for the Sauna and Jacuzzi are uncomfortable for many.

Location and view, dinner is great, clean and nice hotel, hotel staff is really helpful, nice spa area and pool. Our family liked it very much.

Breakfast is quite ok, but if you go around 9 am, some food items can be finish already.

Beautifully hotel that is however not that well managed anymore.. Unfortunately below expectations..

The hotel & amentities: a nice hotel in good location, with great garden, pool and sauna area. Rooms big and very clean, functional enough, nice decoration in the amenities.

The service and staff were pretty bad, unfortunately not even 2-star worthy: we booked this hotel mainly because so many others mentioned the food quality and staff service in their ratings, but unfortunately we cannot confirm at all! Food quality was very average, what was really bad was the selection of food and availability. Throughout the stay there was the feeling that everything is scarce. We arrived for dinner (at a normal time), most salads were empty, the cheese selection was empty except some cheese rind - and this was not only a specific point of time, but the situation throughout all the dinner time. Also, main courses are pretty small.. The next morning, arriving for breakfast, the same thing. Most dishes nearly empty, no staff really cared about filling them up. Not only sausage / cheese / scambled egg, but even bread was empty..! We have never experienced that at any other hotel. Also the selection of food was very limited. E.g. no juices, only cheap artificial nectar - never experienced this at a 4-star hotel.. When arriving for dinner for minutes no one from staff seemed to bother. After a while calling for attention somebody came, telling us that they were not responsible for food, but only drinks. So we were able to order drinks, yay.. Much later we again had to call for attention. This time being told they were not responsible for our table and somebody else would come. But nobody came... again we had to call for attention.. This repeated throughout the whole stay.. Also every time we had a question/request (even if only asking if they could refill sth. at the buffet) we felt like we were only disturbing them, according to their reaction. Also, it was super hard to communicate with the staff, since most were very short on German speaking skills.. All in all the stay felt super weird.. like the hotel (which itself is nice) has had their best times in the past.

Fantastic stay

Breakfast buffet is delicious and very complete. The view from your room on the mountains is great. Furthermore the sauna, whirlpool and the pool are great as well. The staff is very friendly. The accommodation and rooms are clean.

The furniture is a bit old. There is no airconditioning in the room.

Fijn wintersport hotel met prima service

Fijn Hotel met hele goede service. Het eten was prima en voldoende keus. De kamer werd elke dan schoongemaakt en voorzien van schone handdoeken. Mooie Bar waar je prima een drankje kan nuttigen en s'avonds fijn kan zitten. Prijs en kwaliteit is prima op orde. Ligging vh Hotel in Neustift is goed, de skibus stopt voor de deur. De kamer was iet wat gedateerd maar verder prima in orde, schoon, mooi balkon en prima bed

In het hotel en ook op de kamers was het wel erg warm en dat tijdens de winterperiode. Om redelijk te kunnen slapen zette ik nachts de balkondeur open. Maar dat blijft natuurlijk altijd persoonlijk.

Positiv waren - Lage incl. Skibushaltestelle - Grundsätzliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals - Rücksichtnahme auf Glutenunverträglichkeit - Art und Ausstattung des Wellnessbereich

- Größe des Zimmers (war trotz Buchung kein Komfortzimmer) - Matratzen durchgelegen und alt, beim Drehen im Schlaf lautes Knarren - Bad viel zu eng und klein - Toilette sehr tief - Duschwanne mit Plastik Orange - Wellnessbereich ab 15 Uhr offen - allerdings alle Saunen noch kalt!

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, ruhige Lage, sehr schöner Außenbereich. Essen lecker, aber recht kleine Portionen.

Traditionelle Einrichtung, die teils schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht mehr den aktuellen Standards entspricht. Wellnessbereich an sich großzügig, aber leider nur teilweise renoviert. Die offensichtlich Jahrzehnte lange Nutzung hat deutliche Spuren hinterlassen.

Colazione variegata e molto buona, cena ottima, tutto dí ottima qualità. Bellissima posizione, ho apprezzato molto la piscina per i momenti di relax. Favolosa accoglienza: forniscono subito tutte le informazioni per un’ottimale esplorazione della zona e bellissimi trekking. Fantastica la Stubai carte che consente di usare gratuitamente bus e impianti di risalita.

La moquette nella camera è forse l’unico aspyche ho apprezzato di meno.

Mycket trevligt bemötande och vi kunde få ett rum med bättre utsikt då vi gärna ville ha utsikt mot poolen. VI betalade ett litet tillägg och fick ett större rum med härlig balkong och utsikt. Trevligt inredning på hotellet och bra service i matsalen och bra mat. Trevlig trädgård solstolar och pool. Möjlighet till bastu och bordtennisspel.
