Great hotel, friendly staff, tasty food - we had a good time

The location of the hotel is great. The views are magnificent! The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to make our visit pleasant. Special thanks again to Magdalena and Zoltan. The wellness area is diverse and we enjoyed the saunas and resting zones. The food was diverse and the 5 course menu was tasty!!

There is nothing we didn’t like. We would have two suggestions though: a big cart for the gathering of wet towels in the sauna area and the swimming pool could be a few degrees warmer.

Perfect, place, location, stuff and food.

Excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly. We had half-board. For breakfast lot of choices, dinner 5 courses and delicious. Good choice of wine. You receive also Stubai Super Card which allows you to visit lot of places for free and use also cable cabins for free. To glacier and other places for hiking.

Nice, but not great

It’s a nice place with friendly stuff, casual atmosphere and beautiful views. Our kids enjoyed the pool, table tennis and the playroom with PS4

However, the place lacks a number of things to call it great. Both breakfast and dinner could be improved. The spa area is okayish although it lacks something special. Plus there’s little things like the fact that you have to walk down the stairs to get to the ski room. Last year we stayed at a different hotel near by and it was fantastic while the prices are similar.

Authentic Tirol atmosphere in a very good hotel to stay in.

Everything was great. Very nice wellness area, well-equipped. Very friendly staff, good food. I really enjoyed speaking with one of the staff members in Hungarian. It was a pleasure, Zoltan was so kind and lovely. I strongly recommend this hotel.

There was a bridge 3,5 EUR bridge usage fee back and forth on the highway (to Innsbruck and back). It is not the hotel's fault, of course, however, everybody has to calculate the amount.

An amazing stay.

Lovely hotel, great communication with the staff. The breakfast was lovely, there is an afternoon snack and amazing dinner. There is a sauna with a relaxation room, pool, gym- what more do you need. The room was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless. We stayed over Christmas and there was a Christmas menu. The mood was amazing. We came back from skiing to find a little present in our room with biscuits on the table and the table was covered with a Christmas tablecloth. Lovely touch. There is a room for the ski equipment. We bought our ski passes from the reception and rent our ski equipment from a place close to the hotel at a very good price. Overall our stay was amazing.

Some of the meals especially the soups were quite salty for all of us. If it wasn’t the salt they were amazing.

Comfort room is big enough for parents and 1-2 children, no noise from other rooms, wellness is super, children room good enough to give parents time to spend few min alone on the bar😉 Breakfast and dinner very tasty. Receptionist and waiters are perfect.

Hotel with a View!

Perfect location with a breathtaking view of the mountain and waterfall. There was a kids corner behind the the hotel which was really nice. the room was spacious with the mountain view and small kitchenette with some basic dishes for cooking if you wanted to. We got a pass to be used locally with some discounts and free ride of the cable car which normally would cost 25€.

We did not book a full board but the breakfast was not good at all. Limited selection and nothing high quality. We had a lunch at the restaurant beside the hotel that was one of the worst foods that I had in my life. With the high price we paid we expected a better service.

Ein super schönes Familenhotel mit phänomenalem Gletscherblick

Die Lage war super, relativ nah am Gletscher mit einem phänomenalen Blick auf den Berg. Der Einstieg in die Loipe war direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, ebenso die Skibushaltestelle.
