I highly don’t recommend it!

Location is good

The hotel desperately needs a renovation! The bathrooms are tiny and old, with a tub and a shower like 30 years ago! Furniture and decor are old, mattresses are uncomfortable and the pillows are the worst, thin and basically nonexistent! We spent new year’s there, saddest thing ever, no music, no atmosphere whatsoever. The pool is old and small and non/inviting…..the staff (except for one front desk guy) are unfriendly and slow

Really enjoyed the size of the place, plenty of room to stretch out and a balcony was just perfect. Staff were an absolute credit and it felt as if we were family rather than guests. A traditional style hotel that complimented the area. Perfect for what we required.

Two rooms, both unacceptably dirty, left without staying the night or showering

Front desk staff very friendly and gave a nice tour of the facilities.

We enter our room and the shower water is running brown (see picture). It keeps going and we feel disgusted showering there so we go to the front desk. We get upgraded to a "nicer" room. In this room, the shower doesn't drain and has large amounts of hair clogging the drain. We felt so dirty and to be paying so much money for two unclean rooms was unacceptable. We were refunded our stay and had to find a new hotel and dinner reservation last second.

Nice location + GREAT people

We (2 adults, one teenager and one 9 year old + one dog) enjoyed very much our stay at hotel Brennerspitz. The room was big and comfortable, the food was good, the location amazing. But what really made it super special were the amazing people from the staff: from the reception to the restaurant - everyone was super helpful , offered us a lot of useful information on the best things to do in the area and went out of their way to make our stay as lovely as possible. The pool was the cherry on top. There are some great hiking trails in the area , for beginners and advanced hikers alike. We will definitely be back again and recommend this hotel to all our friends!

The hotel is beautiful, traditional Austrian mountain resort, the food was very good, the kid enjoyed the pool after a full day of skying. It is minutes close to the renting center and to the bus stop.

So and so stay in Neustift

Service was really friendly though struggling with german language. Pool is nice. Food was good and honest. Close to glacier bus stop but still a quiet place.

Why did it go from good to fair? I was in the old part of the hotel and I was not able to get really warm water in the shower (whereas in the washbasin warm water was available). First time I thought I did something wrong and as I came back from the sauna was heated anyhow so did not follow up with the reception. Last day I figured out that there is a problem with the mixing tap which was kind of broken. Things like that can happen, no problem so far. When checking out the gentleman at the desk apologized as well and said he felt sorry that he cannot do anything for me (as I was leaving). So I proposed he could review my restaurant bill and remove some of the drinks I had during the week. He simply ignored that and printed our the bill without further comment. I was not expecting a massive reduction, just a sign of good will. And I am not the kind of person that insists - perhaps a mistake. It might have been a language problem but in places where you cannot avoid customer interaction one should be competent in German. Points out that hospitality is largely challenged to get qualified personnel and needs to live with what they have. Still as a guest I would hope and wish for better.

Great service, friendly and kind staff, delicious food (never same, Fridays desert in form of buffet, other day soup buffet, Saturdays tirol buffet and one other day there was an Italian buffet), 30 seconds from a bus station, Stubaital super card included, in a silent smaller city next to Neustift

Equipment (furniture) is a but old, I had a double bed room, one matress was really soft, probably too old, i would recommend to buy a new one

Auswahl beim Frühstück begrenzt, wenig frisches, wenig vegetarisches. Unser Zimmer war viel viel zu heiß, wir konnten es nicht regulieren. Wir sollten bei -10 grad die Balkontür offen lassen (die ganze Nacht) um die Temperatur im Zimmer zu senken. Das Personal hat sich zwar bemüht, konnte das Problem aber nicht lösen. Ein anderes Zimmer oder eine Entschädigung wurde uns nicht angeboten.

Das Hotel war wirklich super sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Super freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Zum Gletscher (Ski) sind es ca. 20 min und der ist sehr leicht zu erreichen. Alles in allem top!

Un soggiorno all’arrembaggio!

Posizione perfetta per chi ama sciare e per chi come noi ama gironzolare… facile da raggiungere!

Da un 4stelle mi sarei aspettata oltre l’inglese anche l’italiano parlato almeno dalla reception, capisco che non è la loro lingua ma un minimo di inclusione anche per chi non ha un inglese fluente trattandosi comunque di uno Stato a confine con l’Italia… oltre al fatto che la reception non é presidiata così some scritto, in caso di bisogno chiamare… insomma mi sono sentita un po emarginata da questo punto di vista! La struttura è carina, molto bella la zona spa&relax anche se in certe aree metterei l’obbligo del costume! La camera non da 4 stelle! non adatta ad una famiglia con bimbi piccoli…wc in una stanza apparte rispetto al lavandino e la vasca/doccia e neanche un fasciatoio o un appoggio per poter gestire il piccolo eppure l’età del minore è stata dichiarata! Gentilissimo il cameriere che ci ha accompagnato in questi 2giorni durante la colazione, ha compreso il disagio della lingua e ha fatto in modo di farsi capire e comprendere le nostre richieste!

Preis-/Lestungsverhältnis stimmt nicht - kein 4Sterne-Hotel Angebot

Gefallen hat die (Verkehrs-)ruhige Lage und trotzdem gute Erreichbarkeit. Das zahlenmässig wenig vorhandene Personal bemühte sich sehr und freundlich um einen funktionierenden Betrieb. Man zeigt familienfreundliches Ambiente mit Spielecke und Leseraum. Die Zimmer waren sauber und aufgeräumt.

Extremer Chlorgeruch vom Spabereich in den Hausgängen zu den Zimmern im entsprechenden Haustrakt. Unvollständige, teilweise nicht funktionierende Ausstattung im Zimmer (Safe funktionierte nicht, WC-Spülung war defekt (stoppte nicht ohne massiven Gegendruck). Das Zimmer war zwar gross genug, aber der WC-Raum bot mit gerade mal knapp eineinhalb Quadratmeter zu wenig Platz! Man stiess ständig gegen den Papierrollenhalter. Nur ein Zähneputzbecher für 2 Personen, Haartrockner fehlte. Eine (1!) Person musste den laufenden Hotelbetrieb managen (Rezeption war unbesetzt, Barbetrieb, Restaurant etc.) Das Personal (fast ausschliesslich Zimmerpflegepersonal) war sehr freundlich und bemühte sich zwar sehr. Das Essen war zufriedenstellend.

Geräumige Suite und hervorragender Service im Restaurant, der nahezu alleine von einer freundlichen Servicekraft bewältigt wurde, ohne die der Service nicht stattgefunden hätte

Die Heizung in der Suite konnte nur extern reguliert werden und das Zimmer war erst mal viel zu kalt. Die Rezeption war nur selten besetzt.

Der Service war sehr freundlich. Auf alle Wünsche ist man eingegangen. Sei es einen Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeekanne zum Frühstück. Wellness Bereich war top! Auch wenig Betrieb wir hatten ihn fast für uns alleine.

Das Zimmer war nicht so toll, es war in einem älteren Zustand, aber sauber.

Sehr freundliches Personal, man fühlt sich willkommen! Das Essen hat geschmeckt und der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Die Zimmer sind etwas alt, der Geschäftsführer hat uns aber gesagt, dass nächsten Frühling eine Komplettsanierung ansteht. Wir freuen uns schon darauf!
