Will certainly come back when we are in the area again.

Really enjoyed the size of the place, plenty of room to stretch out and a balcony was just perfect. Staff were an absolute credit and it felt as if we were family rather than guests. A traditional style hotel that complimented the area. Perfect for what we required.

No complaints at all, every thing was at a good standard or better.

Two rooms, both unacceptably dirty, left without staying the night or showering

Front desk staff very friendly and gave a nice tour of the facilities.

We enter our room and the shower water is running brown (see picture). It keeps going and we feel disgusted showering there so we go to the front desk. We get upgraded to a "nicer" room. In this room, the shower doesn't drain and has large amounts of hair clogging the drain. We felt so dirty and to be paying so much money for two unclean rooms was unacceptable. We were refunded our stay and had to find a new hotel and dinner reservation last second.

Nice location + GREAT people

We (2 adults, one teenager and one 9 year old + one dog) enjoyed very much our stay at hotel Brennerspitz. The room was big and comfortable, the food was good, the location amazing. But what really made it super special were the amazing people from the staff: from the reception to the restaurant - everyone was super helpful , offered us a lot of useful information on the best things to do in the area and went out of their way to make our stay as lovely as possible. The pool was the cherry on top. There are some great hiking trails in the area , for beginners and advanced hikers alike. We will definitely be back again and recommend this hotel to all our friends!

Super nice stay

It was great. Hotel has bit of outdated atmosphere but its super clean and the reception and restaurant staff are friendly. We loved it there and would definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

Holiday on the Stubai Glacier.

Very friendly and helpful service. Good breakfasts, a large pool, and clean saunas. Great location, close to SPAR, ideal for skiers – the glacier is a 20-minute drive away.

The hotel is beautiful, traditional Austrian mountain resort, the food was very good, the kid enjoyed the pool after a full day of skying. It is minutes close to the renting center and to the bus stop.

So and so stay in Neustift

Service was really friendly though struggling with german language. Pool is nice. Food was good and honest. Close to glacier bus stop but still a quiet place.

Why did it go from good to fair? I was in the old part of the hotel and I was not able to get really warm water in the shower (whereas in the washbasin warm water was available). First time I thought I did something wrong and as I came back from the sauna was heated anyhow so did not follow up with the reception. Last day I figured out that there is a problem with the mixing tap which was kind of broken. Things like that can happen, no problem so far. When checking out the gentleman at the desk apologized as well and said he felt sorry that he cannot do anything for me (as I was leaving). So I proposed he could review my restaurant bill and remove some of the drinks I had during the week. He simply ignored that and printed our the bill without further comment. I was not expecting a massive reduction, just a sign of good will. And I am not the kind of person that insists - perhaps a mistake. It might have been a language problem but in places where you cannot avoid customer interaction one should be competent in German. Points out that hospitality is largely challenged to get qualified personnel and needs to live with what they have. Still as a guest I would hope and wish for better.

Amazing service, very friendly and kind owners

Great service, friendly and kind staff, delicious food (never same, Fridays desert in form of buffet, other day soup buffet, Saturdays tirol buffet and one other day there was an Italian buffet), 30 seconds from a bus station, Stubaital super card included, in a silent smaller city next to Neustift

Equipment (furniture) is a but old, I had a double bed room, one matress was really soft, probably too old, i would recommend to buy a new one

Good location for ski ! Just 1/2 hr drive to Stubai Glacier... Staffs are nice. A basement garage for convenient luggage transfer and safer parking.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Macken

Geräumige Suite und hervorragender Service im Restaurant, der nahezu alleine von einer freundlichen Servicekraft bewältigt wurde, ohne die der Service nicht stattgefunden hätte

Die Heizung in der Suite konnte nur extern reguliert werden und das Zimmer war erst mal viel zu kalt. Die Rezeption war nur selten besetzt.

Sauber-Freundlich-toller Wellness Bereich-Frühstück gut- tolle Gegend

Der Service war sehr freundlich. Auf alle Wünsche ist man eingegangen. Sei es einen Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeekanne zum Frühstück. Wellness Bereich war top! Auch wenig Betrieb wir hatten ihn fast für uns alleine.

Das Zimmer war nicht so toll, es war in einem älteren Zustand, aber sauber.

Sehr freundliches Personal, man fühlt sich willkommen! Das Essen hat geschmeckt und der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Die Zimmer sind etwas alt, der Geschäftsführer hat uns aber gesagt, dass nächsten Frühling eine Komplettsanierung ansteht. Wir freuen uns schon darauf!

Fijn hotel voor een nacht op doorreis

De ruimte in de kamer Prettig dat alles aanwezig is, diner, ontbijt, je kan even ontspannen na een lange reis dag.

Doordat het gedateerd is, word het ook wat smoezelig. Ondanks dat was het waar mogelijk schoon en netjes

Wir haben auf Durchreise kurzfristig ein Familienzimmer mit HP gebucht und ein Appartment mit zwei SZ und zwei Bädern bekommen 👍🏻 für uns einfach perfekt! War schlicht eingerichtet, aber die Ausstattung fanden wir ganz gut und die Betten waren bequem. Das Abendessen war auch lecker, man könnte zw. vegetarisch und nicht vegetarisch auswählen und für Kinder gab es ein Kindermenü. Jeder hat auch eine Suppe und Dessert bekommen. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, für jeden was dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl hier gefüllt und würden auch gerne wiederkommen ☺️

Ruime kamer in een verder wat kleurloos hotel

Groot, wat gedateerd hotel. Ruime kamer. Zwembadje en sauna in de kelder. Handig gelegen midden in het Stubaidal.

Gedateerd, voelde nogal leeg aan, stille beetje donkere gangen. Tijdens de wintersport zal er ongetwijfeld heel anders aanvoelen, maar dit was hartje zomer. In de vierpersoons kamer (gezinskamer) was er tóch weer een eenvoudige uitklap bedbank ipv een echt bed; dat had ik zo niet begrepen. En het had voor de prijs (en qua grootte van de kamer) best een echt bed mogen zijn. Relatief hoge prijs voor een vrij eenvoudige accommodatie die qua sfeer en inrichting een beetje in de jaren 80 is blijven steken.

Ich habe einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt im Hotel Brennerspitz in Neustift im wunderschönen Stubaital verbracht. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders positiv ist mir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal aufgefallen. Auch der Chef des Hauses hinterließ einen äußerst sympathischen und professionellen Eindruck. Insgesamt ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert!

Teleurstellend.

Rustige ligging. Er is een laadpaal voor elektrische auto’s.

Van een 4-sterren hotel mag je meer verwachten. Ontbijt was matig. Het diner was zeer matig. Kleine porties, bereiding niet geweldig. Het blijf een wonder hoe je vlees zo droog kan maken. Vergeet vegetarisch eten. Daar wordt al helemaal geen aandacht aan besteed. Drankjes die je drink bij het diner moeten direct worden afgerekend ipv op de kamer geschreven en betaald bij uitchecken. Zo’n concept kan ook niet omdat de receptie s’morgens niet bemenst is. Het hotel is over zijn gloriejaren heen. Oudbollig. Een familiekamer is een normale kamer waar men een bedbank heeft uitgeklapt.
