LUMA Stubai Aparthotel - Neueröffnung inklusive STUBAI SUPER CARD

Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten wir hatten sehr gut geschlafen. Tolles Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Es gibt beim Aufenthalt auch die Stubai super Card mit der man den ÖPNV und die Bergbahnen kostenlos nutzen kann. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 100 m entfernt.

Für uns war alles perfekt

Nicely done studio, renovated really well. Great kitchen with new appliances including oven and dishwasher. Location convenient next to the bus stop and Spar shop. Nice and quiet at nighttime. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The bed is comfy. The rain shower was great. Lovely balcony with seating area.

Other guests came into my room unexpectedly in the evening as they had been given my key code and room number - to be fair the owner apologised personally, but this should never happen. It’s alarming as a solo female traveller and a security risk (key codes only so can’t manually lock door from inside). Checked in after 3pm and the room was still being cleaned No washing up liquid provided (there is a dishwasher but not everything can go in, and only 2 dishwasher tablets provided) No coffee pods provided for the coffee machine No fan so the room was warm Renovations ongoing Pool was cold

Location is good

The hotel desperately needs a renovation! The bathrooms are tiny and old, with a tub and a shower like 30 years ago! Furniture and decor are old, mattresses are uncomfortable and the pillows are the worst, thin and basically nonexistent! We spent new year’s there, saddest thing ever, no music, no atmosphere whatsoever. The pool is old and small and non/inviting…..the staff (except for one front desk guy) are unfriendly and slow
