Excellent stay at spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfectly located studio.

Studio, made own meals, supermarkets in close reach by foot or short bus ride. Kitchen facilities great. Very clean, well presented, large room. Great shower. Bus direct to and from Stubai Glacier outside the door, coupled with single ride access directly to both Neustift and central Innsbruck. Great welcome and assistance from the owners. Full range of recycling bins for rubbish at the back door of the studio. Clothes drying rack I could go on!

Could have had hotter water to the basin. My fault…Frying onions leaving a smell in the room, next time bring a candle to burn to clear the odour…I should have thought!

Superb, traditional family-run hotel close to Neustift.

Beautiful, traditional, family-run hotel just outside of Neustift. Immaculately clean, the proprietors were absolutely lovely and very keen to help. The spa was spacious, as was the room, and it was very handy for the slopes (the ski bus stopped literally outside.)

An exceptional find that is excellent by every conceivable metric.

Alpenpension Elferblick is an exceptional find that is excellent by every conceivable metric. If you are able to book room at this location you should consider yourself fortunate. The staff/host (a warm, welcoming, and friendly family) is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Upon arrival we received a a concise and efficient, but still very attentive and friendly, briefing that answered all of our questions before even having to ask them, and the host was always ready, able, and happy to provide any additional guidance. Moreover the host is able to provide many conveniences on-sight, such as purchasing lift tickets. The location is excellent. A mere few meters from the front door there is a bus stop (buses running every 15 min., if not more frequently) that will take you directly to the Gondola of the principle mountain of the valley. It is also a very short walking distance from the main town area, along a path that is well lit at night (and, again, a few steps from the front door there is a bus stop for buses that will take you directly into town). The locations is close enough to be convenient for walking to town, but far enough that the area is serenely calm and quiet. Moreover, within a 5 min. walk there are excellent restaurants, ski rental locations, and grocery store (to list only a few nearby amenities). The spa is incredible: sauna, steam room, hot tub, lounge area, UV room, and 2 excellent showering areas for post-sauna/steam room cool downs, and many other pleasant features as well. Everything is immaculately clean, set to the perfect temperatures, subtlety and delightfully perfumed, and generally ideal for relaxation. All of this, and much more, for an extremely reasonable price... in short: I recommend.

Schöne Skipension im Stubaital

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist eine schöne Pension mit großen Appartements und gut ausgestattetem Wellnessbereich. Der Skibus zum Stubaier Gletscher fährt direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Eigentümer sind sehr angenehm und sorgen für eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unkomplizierte Absprache von Zusatzleistungen wurden zu unserer Freude gern erfüllt. Familie Schlierenzauer hat uns bei Fragen unkompliziert weitergeholfen und Ausflugstipps gegeben. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, unser Zimmer sauber und die Sauna gut ausgestattet.

Fijn hotel, paar kleine werkpuntjes.

De locatie was top. Er was ook altijd parking bij de accommodatie. De kamers waren ruim en schoon en de wellness was een fijne bonus! Er werd een kinderbedje klaargezet voor onze baby. De gastheer was vriendelijk.

Het ontbijt is vrij prijzig voor een basis ontbijt (18 Euro pp). De jacuzzi is 32graden, wat niet warm genoeg is om in te blijven zitten. Ik vroeg of ik mijn was mocht doen (we verbleven er een week met baby) en dat mocht niet. De wellness was open tot 19u. Dat zou langer mogen zodat je er optimaal van kan genieten. Een koelkastje op de kamer had ook fijn geweest. Mijn ouders verbleven in het appartement en moesten zelf hun afval wegdoen tot aan de vuilbakken. (Deze waren echter overvol).
