There really wasn't anything bad to say about Hotel Erika, but if I had to suggest something the pillows could be improved as they were lumpy

Mueller's family owned spa-hotel is located in Alpen Valley near Neustift im Stubei. It is cristal clear and well-equipped spa-hotel-restorant with soul. Alpen peaks make this place fairly miracle. Thank you so much 💓.

Superb

Very nice location. Excellent Wellness area. Spacious and stylish. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Restaurant is a Highlight as well as the Cook is a real good Chef. Breakfast Buffet and afternoon Snack included. Highly recommended. We will come back.

Next time we will choose a room with a valley view. Ours Was a little dark. But that's complaining on a high Level.

a great mix of comfort and elegance

A wonderful, professional staff, great location. I was extremely impressed by the care and details of the dining experience and the food. Think fresh squeezed juices in the morning and wonderful 5 course dinner options with locally sourced ingredients. They really are a thoughtful, family owned place. It is also a fantastic view of the mountains and town in the valley. We would definitely stay again

Everything was awesome BUT if I had to say something, I’d say the blankets and pillows. This is more of a cultural thing though, as I prefer “American style” pillows and blankets.

Just great. Beautiful view over the valley. Spotlessly clean, superb breakfasts and dinner and the staff could not have been more attentive and accommodating. We had a week''s stay and will definitely come back some time in the future.

Ein tolles Hotel für einen Aufenthalt im Stubaital

Sehr guter Service, sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Gute und abwechslungreiche Küche. Gute Lage, kurze Distanz zum öffentlichem Bus. Velokeller perfekt für eBikes, es hat sehr viele Steckdosen.

Der Kühlschrank hat gefehlt.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Kampl. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Generell liegt Kampl logistisch optimal für einen Urlaub im Stubai. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Spabereich ist gut eingeteilt und der Pool nach langen Wanderungen zum Erholen genial. Sehr zu erwähnen ist das Personal, welches mit Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen ist. Im Hotel herrscht ein angenehm entspanntes freundliches Klima.

Ausgezeichneter Kurzurlaub im Stubaital

Das Frühstück war gut, das Abendessen war noch besser. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns ebenso sehr gut gefallen, gerade bei schlechtem Wetter ist das absolut lohnenswert.

Nach unserem Geschmack waren die Matratzem leider viel zu weich, sodass wir uns erst einmal an Rückenschmerzen gewöhnen mussten. In der Dusche gab es nur ein Duschgel, was identisch zur Seife am Waschbecken war.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Pure PanoramaHotel Erika Superior Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir herzlich von der sympathischen Chefin und ihrem eingespielten, aufmerksamen Team begrüßt. Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit, die uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts begegneten, haben sofort für eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre gesorgt. Das Hotel ist modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war ein Traum: großzügig, mit Balkon, Safe und einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und Wiesen. Besonders der Blick vom Balkon aus war ein Genuss – eine Postkartenkulisse, die jeden Morgen und Abend ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zauberte. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter machte. Der Außenpool mit Blick durchs ganze Tal war eines der Highlights. Auf den Sonnenliegen konnte man einfach abschalten, den Blick schweifen lassen und die Ruhe genießen. Auch der Saunabereich war top: modern, hochwertig und ideal, um nach einem Tag in den Bergen zu entspannen. Das Frühstück war ein täglicher Genuss: frische, knusprige Brötchen, hausgebackenes Brot (ein Highlight für meine Frau), frischer Obstsalat, sehr gutes Rührei und krosser Bacon – alles liebevoll angerichtet und stets frisch. Das Personal war auch hier aufmerksam und immer gut gelaunt. Am Abend wurden wir kulinarisch verwöhnt. Das Salatbuffet bot für jeden Geschmack etwas, und die Hauptgänge waren köstlich und kreativ zubereitet. Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt der Grillabend mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl an Fleischsorten. Zum Abschluss gab es jedes Mal ein feines Dessert – perfekt abgerundet mit einem frisch gezapften Starkenberger Bier, einem guten Schnaps oder einem Drink im stilvollen Lounge-Bereich oder auf der Terrasse. Ein weiteres Plus: Die inkludierte Stubai Card. Damit konnten wir täglich kostenlos mit der Seilbahn fahren, Busse nutzen und zahlreiche Ausflüge unternehmen.

Wir hatten im Zimmer 109 ein sehr schönes Ambiente, allerdings waren uns die Betten leider zu weich, sodass wir nicht ganz so gut geschlafen haben.

Hervorragendes Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich

Wegen einer kleinen Verletzung musste ich meine Hüttentour leider einen Tag früher abbrechen – was sich im Nachhinein fast wie ein Glücksfall anfühlte. Ich bin für eine Nacht im Pure PanoramaHotel Erika untergekommen und wurde dort mehr als entschädigt: Toller Service, großartiger Wellnessbereich und ein rundum entspannter Aufenthalt. Wer hätte gedacht, dass eine Verstauchung so angenehm enden kann?

Sehr angenehmes, familiäres Hotel

Dieses charmante, familiengeführte Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr angenehm: noch von angenehmer Größe, familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr solide ausgestattet, geschmackvoll renoviert, ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Blick auch vom Aussenpool und der Terrasse aus über das Tal. Das Personal ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Auch das Essen ist gut bürgerlich im besten Sinne.

Výjimečný přístup personálu!!

Musím vyzdvihnout výjimečný přístup personálu k hostům. Hotel je na 8-9 bodů, ale personál a kuchyně na 12, takže proto 10. Od prvního okamžiku jsme se cítili, jako vítaní hosté. Personál se stále usmívá, je ochotný, milý a srdečný. Asi proto se téma srdce prolíná celým hotelem. Byli jsme překvapeni kvalitou jídla. Jak snídaně, tak večeře byly vynikající. V rámci polopenze je u věčeře pití zdarma, což také není zcela běžné. Pokoje jsou dostatečně velké, náš s terasou, směrovanou na jih byl dobrou volbou. Přestože jsme byli lyžovat, odpoledne jsme trávili opalováním u bazénu a na terase. Výhodou je venkovní bazén a sluneční terasa. Parkování bezproblémové hned vedle hotelu. Všude je čisto, postele pohodlné, satelitní TV, moderní koupelna, Wi-Fi dostatečná. Pěkně udělaná informační stránka hotelu od A-Z přes QR kód na pokoji. Skipasy lze pohodlně zakoupit v recepci. Hotel Erika všem doporučuji a rád se vrátím. Děkuji za příjemný pobyt!!

Snídaně dostatečná s výbornými bio mošty. Množství i kvalitanaprosto vyhovující. Servírované večeře rovněž výborné. Plně funkční lyžárna hned u vchodu a parkování přímo u hotelu.
