My room was cold and the water for the shower was also cold. I let it run for 10 minutes and it finally got warm but never hot. The radiator then got warm too

Fantastic stopover near tunnel.

Great location, extremely convenient for the Eurotunnel but tranquil park setting.

Nice welcome from reception. Very comfortable room. Excellent dinner. Friendly bar staff- we enjoyed watching rugby on tv thanks! Small gym but enough for a workout. Good breakfast.

Great location only 10 mins from le shuttle

Great location for the tunnel Comfortable room Nice evening meal

Very expensive over night stay, 30€ charge for the dog. The food and drinks were very overpriced. We asked about the pillow option as there was a sign in the room about choosing pillows but apparently there weren’t any available. Also there was a travel cot set up in our room which we hadn’t asked for and asked to be removed. No one came to move it so we had to move it into the hallway. We were told we needed to book a table for dinner, not sure why as there were only a handful of diners in the restaurant

All good for the purpose of the trip.

Everything was good for our purpose of one jight on the way to UK with our dog

We were having breakfast and one if the witresses refused to give us something left over that she was clearly going to through away because they was clearing up all the food. I don’t really understand why they charge for dogs when tehy do not give them anything. In other hotels they put a matt ir a bown with water or a biscuite.

Great potential but disppointing overall

Beautiful lobby Good selection at breakfast ( though a bit cold) Large carpark. Very good soundproofing in rooms. Comfortable beds. Clean and warm. Table football and nice bar.

Staff was not particularly friendly. Snooker table was not available first day. Pool area needs redone. ( sign saying it will soon start) Restaurant menu was limited and portions on the small side.

Very disappointing from Holiday Inn.

The location to Le shuttle is great. Lobby attractive. The room was quiet. Large bed. UK socket, as forgot travel adapter.

The room was: un-inviting, cold, dated, needed maintenance, radiator worked but behind thick curtains, shower was broken, expensive, toiletries smelt like my nans nan, hole in the duvet cover, pillows different size(!), cracked tiles under toilet, exposed wiring on table lamp.

Why an empty fridge is in the room? Bathroom vanity unit cracked. Bar area - advertising food which wasnt available. Drinks and breakfast items not hot enough.

Fantastic find in a good eurotunnel location

Very close to the eurotunnel. A good spacious bedroom that was very clean with all the usual amenities ~ tea/coffee, free water etc. Big comfortable bed. The breakfast was great value.

Room size, cleanliness and ambience. Dinner was excellent.

Breakfast - Only milk choices were full fat or soy, Cereals were uninspiring. Although there are rapid EV chargers, some fast chargers for overnight charging would be cheaper and more useful for hotel guests. Bathroom shower could have been better.

Perfect location for the Shuttle; only 5 mins away. Very clean, modern hotel. Good bar and restaurant; breakfast served from 06h30 and good buffet.

Great stopover

Easy access from eurotunnel terminal arrival and departure. Bilingual staff for more difficult queries my language skills don't stretch to. Good steak for the evening meal. Great choice for breakfast on the whole.

Breakfast, I would like muesli. Granola was available but too sweet for my taste. Not a complaint just my preference.

Good overnight before trip south

Thought it was good and seems to have undergone a bit of a make over since the last time I was there. Chargers a real benefit for those travelling onwards. Room was decent, loads of places to charge devices too

I don’t know if they belong to the hotel, but were chickens when we arrived - initially we thought it was cute, however when the cockerel starts crowing at 4am. It loses its cuteness.

Easy to find. Had everything we needed. Nice restaurant and good array of drinks at the bar. Great to have electric chargers onsite.
