Shocking value for money.

Great location but that’s about it.

For €464 for one night stay in a family room this was abysmal. Shocking value for money. We overpaid by €300 for what it was; a local shop owner couldn’t believe we paid what we did, to the point they were apologising. It didn’t even have a kettle. Breakfast wasn’t even included!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I'd avoid it next time.

Convenient for the channel tunnel. Cool on a very hot day. Hotel restaurant was excellent.

I didn't like the Booking description: "Parking on site" was actually "Find a parking place anywhere in town". "Toiletries" meant a squeezy shower gel in the shower, no hand soap or other "toiletries". "Wifi" code was not provided by the absent staff. There was no breakfast to meet our channel tunnel timing. The uncomfortable bed was unfortunate.

Pas de Wifi, pas de checkin ( on reçoit juste un email, pas très personnel). L'email indique que la chambre est ouverte et que le clé est sur la table donc pas très secure. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas dans le même bâtiment et mal indiqué, il s'agit de l'hôtel de la plage donc très bon. La propreté des coins de la salle de bain était limite, poussiéreux. La chasse d'eau de la toilette ne fonctionnait pas bien. Pas de WIFI ce qui est dingue pour le prix.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre sans fenêtre avec une salle de bains très médiocre , un lit dans un placard - et surtout dans un environnement pitoyable - hôtel à l abandon - à proximité -3 m de la porte des voisins qui ont allumé un barbecue - donc fumée et odeur de merguez à intérieur de la chambre - nous avons contacté le responsable qui nous a proposé un autre logement - mais malheureusement du même acabit - chambre au 3eme étage avec une entrée par garage - pas d accueil - en chambre entrée direct par la salle de bains - aucun geste commercial- une honte de laisser ce professionnel exercer !!!!! Nous demandons le remboursement de notre séjour

Belle hôtel.

En gros tout c'est bien passé. Première fois que nous allons dans ces hôtels. Propre, confortable tout l'équipement nécessaire (douche, lit confortable et même la tv qu'on a allumé même pas 5 minutes) le truc qu'on ne savait pas c'est qu'on a pas la chambre avant 15h et il faut la rendre pour 11h le jour du départ. Pour parlé avec une personne de la réception ou pour un renseignement il faut téléphoné avec le téléphone sur place (dans l'hôtel à côté du notre) pour le petit déjeuner il faut le réserver et c'est en face à l'hôtel de la plage. Très bien et très propre. La plage est à environ 300m.

Comme je disais plus haut il manque une personne à la réception pour diriger et expliquer surtout pour des nouveaux comme nous mais bon je pense que c'est pas possible.

Enorme deception et tromperie

La literie

Pas de parkilng et pas de place pour se garer a proximité de la chambre, chambre sans charme, meublée sans toi, qui sent le moisi, pas de fenetre à part celle qui fait office de porte d entrée. Isolation phonique inexistante ( bruit de l hôtel perçus a travers une porte condamnée par un vulgaire buffet). Chambre donnant sur un extérieur laissé a l abandon( poubelles, passage urbain avec des chiens qui aboient Pas moyen de faire la grasse matinee, réveillés à 7h30 par les employés de l hotel qui prennent leur service, enfin on suppose). Photos ne correspondant pas à la prestation proposée en amont lors de la réservation. Et le prix exhorbitant pour la qualité de la prestation, pour 325 euros, on s attend a bcp mieux.

Mauvaise expérience hôtelière

L'accueil, personnel sympa, petit déjeuner agréable

Le fait que notre chambre soit située dans un bâtiment "dortoir" (il n'y a que des chambres) peu attirant au milieu du village, nous obligeant à sortir et nous rendre à l'hôtel de la plage pour toute question ainsi que pour le petit déjeuner. Première chambre avec une baignoire dont l'évacuation était bloquée, deuxième chambre avec une paroi de douche cassée et recollée à la va-vite..... Grille d'aération absente dans la douche laissant un trou béant dans le mur. Chambre poussiéreuse (ou sablonneuse). Articles de toilette gratuits se résumant à un distributeur de mousse dans la douche et deux gobelets en carton sur le lavabo. Ménage plus qu'approximatif pour une chambre qualifiée de "supérieure". La cage d'escalier est inondée de produit surodorant assez désagréable (la bouteille est d'ailleurs sur l'armoire au 1er étage). Bref, Wissant est un très chouette endroit de vacances mais mauvaise pioche pour le logement. 😥

Das einzige, was bei diesem Aufenthalt schöne war, war das Meer und das Wetter.

Das Hotel war eigentlich ein Haus ohne Rezeption in dem diverse Räume mit unterschiedlichen Zugängen verteilt waren. Nach der Ankunft dauerte es relativ lange bis wir jemanden gefunden haben, der uns sagen konnte, wie wir überhaupt in unser Zimmer kommen. Die Bezeichnung des Zimmers als "Superior Doppelzimmer" hat mit der Realität nichts zu tun.... ein Raum mit lieblos, willkürlich zusammengesuchten Möbelstücken, lose aus der Wand hängenden Kabeln, etc.. und das zu einem Wucherpreis von über 100€/Nacht.

Hotel fantôme vec aucune présence physique et simplement un relais téléphone C est une annexe de l hôtel même si c est identique à l annexe il n'y a pas d accueil sauf au petit dej . Tu dors dans un salon et pas de rideau donc réveillé à 5h30 Insonorisation terrible Sdb qui était s1le avec lunette plein d'urine Le savon de douche est un savon à main mousse . Ce n est pas du tout entretenu
