Have stayed many times. Underground secure parking and roomy accommodation.
If you don't check in by 20h00, it is difficult to get the attention of night staff.

Lovely to have space, really clean, very friendly staff. Very convenient for the EuroTunnel.

The apartment was great and good value except for the problems with wifi. See below. A good location
The staff we experienced at reception were not friendly of helpful. When we approached them about difficulty getting the promised wi fi, they said that it wasnt working. No explanation. We found that hard to believe in a business like that. The phone signal was so bad that we couldnt use our mobiles for data. We also had to approach them about the promised onsite parking. Not helpful at all.
