Location was fine.

Arrived to be informed we were on 6th floor, fine, but no lift, and accessed by very dirty back stairs (in fact multi-storey carpark stairs were cleaner) no offer to help with luggage. Room very basic. Shower exuded a very unpleasant smell. Certainly not worth £70+. Very disappointing.

Good location, 10 minute walk from the Calais train and bus station. Convenient for the Navette bus from the ferry terminal. (remember, the Navette stops at 19.00 and doesn't run on a Sunday). Friendly reception and clean room. Places nearby to eat and drink.

Arnaud !! he was fantastic! made our stay very happy and he was very welcoming, a great guy! all the staff were absolutely lovely. the food was brilliant and the drinks were affordable and lovely. there was a pool table there and the hotel was family friendly.

the rooms were adequate but we could have definitely done with some extra pillows. would have been great to an English Channel

No parking spaces at the hotel. Paying carpark across the road not opening early enough to check in for early ferry, had to look for space in streets nearby.

We were not able to park in the local car park with a roof top box therefore it was not possible to find secure parking.
