Would definitely stay again.

Landlady was very accommodating and put on an extra early buffet breakfast for us as we had an early ferry to catch. Welcoming of our little dog. Convenient location with good choice of eateries nearby.

Access to the site is a sharp right hand turn just after a bend, so warning of that before hand would have been helpful. The bath was tucked under the eves of the roof and awkward to get in and out.

Pleasant stay and convenient for Le Shuttle

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the host was really helpful by allowing us to take it with us due to an early start - although I think the initial request was lost in translation due to my poor French as it was set out really nicely in the dining room when we went down so felt a bit bad about that!

We booked the double room that shows a private kitchen and dining room but were given a ‘room only’ with use of the communal kitchen. I struggled to communicate this to the host but as it happened there was only us there so it wasn’t a problem. However it does state on the description that each room has a kitchenette so that is incorrect.

Great location. Comfortable small apartment.

This was a great find which suited my needs. It was ideally located. I found it easily. I was met and taken to my small apartment by the host. She was friendly and helpful. There was amble car parking. Food on site should you wish but a great restaurant across the road. There was a gated yard outside of the property which suited my dogs. The WiFi worked well. The apartment was warm and well equipped for my stay. There was a door between bedroom and living area. Toilet separate to the shower room.

Good lodging for Le Shuttle

Good place to stay enroute to le Shuttle. Place was clean ,warm and inviting.Hostess was very friendly and supplied a nice continental breakfast in the morning.Also dog friendly and our room was nice and large with a spa bath which was a nice surprise after a long drive.

I arrived late (about an hour after recommended check in) but this was not an issue at all. I was warmly greeted shown all the facilities (Kitchen etc) relevant to my stay and it was clean, comfortable and perfect for commuting to the Eurotunnel early the following morning. Due to my departure time, fresh bread and breakfast was not an option but Alexandrine went out of her way to prepare a few essentials to ensure I had something available prior to departure.

Nothing. It was a very comfortable stay and a location I will look to revisit again in the future.

Great location for getting to Eurotunnel and value for money.

Great location for either leaving early or arriving late using the Eurotunnel, only 17 minutes away. The décor is a little tired, but the host is helpful and the continental breakfast was delicious with home made compotes and jams. It's a fair price and if I am travelling to Coquelle in the future, I would stay again.

Blinds or curtains at the window would have been nice.

Good for one night stopover.

We have stopped for one night previously, so no surprises, except some work on the courtyard had been completed. The rooms are a little dated but were clean and comfortable for a one night stopover, For me the best thing was the breakfast, Parking within property grounds was added bonus and staff very helpful.

Al way stay here on way back to Calais for UK crossing - much better and safer than Calais. Restaurant is near by for dinner

Great overnight stay

Had everything we needed - shared kitchen. Great location for tunnel access. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and she settled well. We asked for a breakfast to take with us which was kindly prepared for us.

Super location for Calais Eurotunnel

A super bed and breakfast, really nice room and lovely breakfast.

Not the fault of the owners but if you go out on foot the busy road by the side does not have a pathway.

Very convenient and clean - I would stay again.

Very convenient for Calais. Very clean and a good sized room with the benefit of being on the ground floor which is helpful with dogs. Also very useful to have a grass area to walk them. I left early so didn’t have breakfast.

The automatic lighting in the entry passage was not working and there was no light switch - made finding locks and opening doors difficult. There were no water glasses. For me the only thing I didn’t like was no walk in shower or place to hang the shower head and no screen or curtain on the bath. This is a major fault and could easily be rectified. After paying I received booking confirmation from Booking.com informing me that there would be a 5euro charge per dog. This is not a problem but should be shown and included prior to payment not afterwards.

Everything! Have stayed here many times because it is so good and great value. Close to Le Shuttle and just a few minutes drive off the motorway. I even recommended it to a stranger I was chatting to in an Aire and she phoned and booked and then cancelled her booking elsewhere.

Excellent but spoilt by a few items that could easily be fixed.

Signage to the hotel was poor - an non-illuminated sign of darkish colour was virtually invisible at night, especially when there were many other bright lights. Consequently couldn't find the entrance although GPS said I was there! The heater/radiator in the bathroom was not on and couldn't find any switch to operate so bathroom was very cold. No shower, only bath was not ideal.

Peaceful, a good overnight stop.

Friendly, helpful and informative staff, we were made to feel very welcome as was our dog. The hotel was very clean and the were facilities good with a private car park. We only stayed one night during our return trip to the UK, this hotel is just a 20 minute drive from the channel tunnel, so after a good breakfast we had a hassle free trip to the tunnel. The hotel also has a garden area where our dog could run free which was great for her.

I couldn't find fault in any area.

fantastic location for the Eurotunnel and a really quiet location despite it being close to the main road. Local shops and restaurants and owner was fabulous and friendly.
