We have stayed here several times - usually in the Summer. Our first Winter visit was just as good - same warm welcome, great room, superb evening meal and outstanding breakfast.
Nothing.

Good position and distance from Calais. Good for little walks with dogs. Restaurant on site. Dogs welcomed.
Lighting in bedroom. No shades on reading lights by bed.

Perfect location for a travelling to or from the tunnel, just 30 minutes away, in a lovely little French village. There was a lovely little woodland on site which my dog absolutely loved after the long drive. The food in the restaurant was great and really reasonably priced. Comfy bed and a delicious French breakfast. The lady who attended to me was also wonderful and very tolerant of my rusty, stilted French! I will definitely stay here again.

As always, a friendly greeting from the kindly hostess. A quiet room with the heating already on and a most comfortable bed.
Dinner in the restaurant, finishing with local cheese, was relaxing and satisfying.
Breakfast next morning was, as usual, generous and enjoyable, with plenty to choose from plus a hot waffle.
Convenient, safe parking right there.
I am a regular and this is where I would always choose to stay in this area. Excellent value, pleasant atmosphere and location. Nothing I would change.

Excellent breakfast with a waffle prepared just for me.Quiet room, safe parking right on the spot, welcoming hostess, enjoyable evening meal served on the premises so that I could relax instead of having to go out and forage. Excellent value and pleasant location both for ferry port and for onward drive into France.
There is nothing I would want to change. I am a regular visitor, coming and going, and this ferme auberge is exactly what I need and want.Very pleased, as usual.

Not a criticism but a fenced area for dogs to have run would be great

The host is lovely. Restaurant on site, the meal was good. Bed very comfortable. It reminded us of staying with grandparents. Had an early crossing so missed out on breakfast.

Stayed here many times, this time we had the bit more expensive room upstairs ( still very reasonable) . This is a super large suite with massive terrace/balcony, lounge with bed/settee, enormous bedroom and big bathroom with massage bath. Lovely and quiet and animals to see.

Conveniently located for our arrival at Calais, dog-friendly and with a good welcome from the hard-working lady on reception (probably the proprietress) ... Our room was basic but clean and had everything we needed for a one-night stay. We enjoyed our dinner, which included a delicious cassoulet! Walking into the little wood at the back was perfect exercise for our dog! It was a lovely rural location with plenty of parking.
For our stay ... nothing!

Calm and peaceful. Nice staff/ owner. Clean and tidy rooms. Good dinner and French style breakfast with bonus of home made waffles. Dog friendly. We keep coming back for more.

Breakfast was plentiful - coffees, teas, cheese, cooked meat, yoghurt, croissant and bread, orange juice, dried apricots and figs. Large waffles made freshly for each table upon arrival at breakfast. Evening meals delicious, especially some of the evening specials. Very very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Room was large with a very large bed and sliding door that opened onto a grassed area to the rear. Parking is free. Our motorbike was accommodated in the owner's garage.
Nothing. Likely to be our new 'go to' hotel now for first stops in France and final stop before taking the tunnel home to England.

The location was very rural but a convenient distance for the Ferry. Everything was very clean, plenty of parking. We had had a long journey that day so it was convenient for us not to have to go out for a meal. The food was wholesome, breakfast too. We found the bed very comfy.
The room was a little cramped as was the bathroom. No where to open our suitcases other than on the floor or the bed.

It is a great stop off point after or before Le Shuttle. Great parking, but most of all, fabulous food. Coralie and her family go the extra mile to make sure you are well looked after.

We always stay here when travelling through France and it never disappoints. The accommodation is comfortable and very clean, offering great value for money. The restaurant and breakfast are superb – high quality, well presented, and delicious. It’s also very dog friendly, which is a huge plus for us. Highly recommended.

This is an ideal overnighting location within easy striking distance of Calais. It has a lovely, peaceful and quiet setting. The dining room is accessible as place to work e.g. on a laptop, play games or relax and make tea, with nice views of the garden. In good weather, you could sit outside at one of the garden tables. The room was reasonably well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Our host was most helpful and sent the details of the keys and access code in good time and liaised over the breakfast timings. The continental breakfast was good: there was a wide selection; the freshly cooked waffles were tasty and the coffee was delicious.
Compared with the motels in Calais, it is very good value for money.
The room was quite small so space was at a premium even though we only brought our small overnight cases with us. There is no room to spread out, but this is compensated for by being able to use the dining area as mentioned above. The bathroom was also a bit tight. So the facilities and space are not lavish, but perfectly fine for overnighting. We have stayed here before - we like the location - and will definitely stay again.

As usual (as I've become one of the "regulars" here) I was warmly welcomed and enjoyed a quiet relax in the sunny garden before a good evening meal, a peaceful night and an excellent breakfast. This is a perfect place to stop on the way to or from a Channel crossing - clean, quiet, friendly, convenient and well signposted. Safe, easy car parking makes it simple to get one's belongings indoors, and the fact that one can eat there in the evening means that one can relax instead of having to drive out again to forage.
Can't think of anything I'd want to change.

Nice place. Quiet. Helpful owner. Good wi fi. Easy parking. Clearly recently renovated. Clean. Nice breakfast, in particular we liked a glass of freshly squeezed juice.
Although the place is overall new and clean, there was some mould on the bathroom ceiling.

This is an old farm setting with modern accommodation in the adjacent building. The older building is now a very good restaurant and bar. Very pleasant and helpful people. Plenty of room for our dog to stretch his legs. Only about half an hour to the Eurotunnel.
Nothing much. The location is in the countryside a little way off the beaten track, but we are country folk and it was not a problem.
