Well equipped and well located place for a family stay in Boulogne sur mer.

The view from the terrace on the harbour was great. The apartment is very practical for a short family stay. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. Everything is still new. City center, fish market, bakery open 7/7 - all in walking distance. Towels and bed linen were provided. Beds were comfortable.

The room was only superficially clean. A strong smell of fish due to the surface around the stove not being very clean. A lot of dust under the beds. The walls and couch start to be stained. The lamps and sockets at the top of the bed are badly placed. The hangers made from plastic do not hold anything. A pity considering the fact that the place as such is nice and price of the rooms.

Great location with underground parking. The hotel has a nice, clean, modern feel.

What I’m about to write I don’t consider to be the fault of the hotel, but a previous guest. The sofa in our room was covered in dog hair. We came back to our apartment after a day at the beach. We showered and put on clean clothes to go out for dinner. My son sat on the sofa and his fresh trousers became covered in dog hair. Perhaps the cleaner should have noticed and cleaned the sofa, but ultimately, guests shouldn’t be allowing their pets on the furniture.

Central, noisy, not much sleep.

Good central location, large balcony, well equipped kitchenette.

Poorly planned and laid out. 2 seater sofa and 2 outside chairs for an apartment sleeping 4. Even at that, the sofa blocked a door to balcony. Folding doors on shower needed to be pushed fully back to access the sink. Window in kids bedroom wouldn't open initially and was hard to access as it was behind end of bunk bed. Only 1 wall socket by the light switch in kids room. Broken button on toilet, all walls and furniture were badly marked and scuffed, making me nervous about my large deposit. The stretch of road across river was used as a drag run for motorbikes, plus the beds were hard and had rubber mattresses so nobody slept well any of our 3 nights here. Rooms were only superficially clean.

Secure parking underground with a lift to accommodation. Mini cleaning kit. Access to town centre is a 10 min walk across the bridge to the bottom of the hill to the old town which is about 1.5km walk

Easy to park, staff were friendly and helpful.. apartment was clean and modern and had enough space.

Balcony windows didn't lock which is dangerous with a toddler...also no basin to wash your hand in the toilet .. you have to go the bathroom

Good location but not great when with young children

The location was good and the staff tried to be helpful wherever possible, although there were some language barriers as unfortunately my French isn't fantastic. The balcony was a very nice touch and the beds were comfy.

The beds were arranged in a very strange way, so there was no way to lay down with the beds in a double bed formation without being hit in the face by a reading light built into the wall. The door was quite hard to actually lock, and we had to ask the staff to help us to make sure our door was actually secure. Having two young children, it was also a bit of a worry that there was no secure lock from the inside of the room. Once the door was locked, it automatically unlocked as soon as you press down on the handle - a bit hazardous for families with young children who have a habit of going rouge!

Lovely, modern hotel which could do with some air conditioning!

Modern and clean and comfortable property right on the Marina with a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed for one night with a small balcony too.

No air con! 29 degrees and very hot. We had been supplied with a fan that we had to keep running all night between the rooms which was great but air conditioning would have been great!

The apartment was nice, clean comfortable. Lovely views. Be so much nicer once all the work is finished. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful

I needed an accessible room. The only thing that made it even slightly accessible was 1 hand rail next to toilet. For an accessible room there needs to be room for Wheelchairs etc to move around easily. No shower chair either so was unable to use the shower. Toilet felt unsafe as was a wall toilet and when sat on it felt like it was going to give way. Not enough room to get to the toilet easily. There was some damage around the apartment which were a quick fix with tape. This made it look cheap. They were small damages and can be fixed easily.

The stuff is great,they let me wait in the lobby area quite a lot because I had my ferry 6hrs later that day.Really helpful with that "private" parking which kept my motorcycle dry and away from unwanted looks ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Last minutes booking and we're satisfied with our 1st short stay with you ;-)

Location is easy to find, we walked along the water side about 1 km from Nausicaa. We brought our own breakfast and meals. We stayed at the top - 8th Floor with view of port and city sides and we saw sunrise covered by layer of morning fog ;-)

It was great value for the apartment we got. The rooms are super tiny but had pluses like usb ports, a fan, lamps over the bed, cupboards to put your stuff in. Everything was comfy and it was easy check in and check out.

Great place to stay with family. Clean and big enough apartament. They give you everything what you need for cooking there. You can order breakfast from local sources. Delicious! Location - great near to eating and walking area.

It's difficult to find. There was no good sign to find underground parking. There is a huge place where is something in building - so road from Google GPS is not correct and updated.

Unexpectedly good stay

The hotel is very well located. The room was very small for my taste, but was clean and provided all you need for a good stay. The kitchenette is well equipped, and the dining table - good. Nice balcony. We read reviews saying the rooms were not well maintained, or there were cockroaches in there. At least for our room this was not the case.

I was surprised by the 200 euro deposit. Indeed, it is written in the information part about the hotel, but only on the bottom of the page. This is an important information and should be included in the room description itself. No issues with it, however. The area around the hotel is under construction, and both car access roads are marked with "Entry forbidden" signs. The hotel should inform its visitors that these signs do not apply for them. We were wondering around until we gave up and I went there by walking. Next to the hotel (next meaning like 6-10 m) on the north side there is another hotel under construction. I would advise other travelers to ask for a room facing south.
