Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable

Location; very close to the Shuttle. Clean. wheelchair accessible. Car can park right next to room. Room a good size, also bathroom. Staff friendly.

It’s not a luxury hotel and there is no restaurant . pillows are a bit too thick.

A great B&B in Coquelle!

A convenient 10 minute drive to LeShuttle check in. We had dinner right opposite the road from the hotel that was delicious! They accepted our 4 terriers! The rooms are small but perfect for a clean, comfy sleepover after driving 10 hours!

Location

It was a motel, not a hotel. Reception was open when I was there and I am so thankful. It closes at 9pm. I tried three rooms without success to see if I could find one in which the heating worked. We (the Receptionist and I) failed. I got a refund and went elsewhere as to stay there would have been unbearable at night without heating.

I think the young lady at the reception was very professional and needs a special compliment. Breakfast was very good and serverywas kept immaculate .

The handrails on the exterior stairs looked grubby but that’s being picky when it’s meant to be helpful as the rest was so immaculate it would only take a moment to wipe them down.

Easy, efficient and welcoming!

It was so close to the tunnel. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and efficient and went over out of their way to be helpful. It was so easy to book in ! 2 minutes from the hotel there’sLe Bistrot des Coquelles and the food was great : the fish curry was delicious !

Cheap and cheerful, glorified trucker stop/motel style, good for overnight stay.

I made a last minute booking and this place was a lot cheaper than another nearby hotel that I usually stayed at. Designed like a motel, I could park my car right outside my room, which was a bonus. Room was small but had everything I needed for an overnight stop. Internet worked well from my room.

Room was too hot, much hotter than outside temperature - it had been hot during the day but rained overnight and the following morning was much cooler. Being on the ground floor, I could only tilt the window and that was not enough to ventilate the room. There was an air conditioner which I set to cool, but it barely had any effect.

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and functional.

Check in was very poor. The machine would not accept my card so we were unable to gain access for 15 minutes. Used the ‘help’ facility and the lady eventually resolved the problem.

Easy to access via automated machine, small room with double bed and mezzanine for the kids, small shower and toilet. Perfectly acceptable for very reasonable price. Simple buffet breakfast was nice.
