Charming hotel close to Honfleur

La Fraichette is a charming hotel with a wonderfully relaxing pool and spa area. It is situated 10mins drive outside of Honfleur so a car is required to visit the town. The room and bed was comfortable with the thoughtful addition of bottled water and a kettle to make tea and coffee (no milk though so bring your own). Our hosts were warm and welcoming, always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was adequate with a continental buffet selection and the option of cooked eggs if you wanted. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

The lounge and spa facilities close from 8pm. The spa I understand, however it would have been nice to have access to the lounge in the evening to relax and maybe enjoy a drink, and to provide an extra space outside of the hotel bedrooms. The room was nice, but there was no heated towel rail in the bathroom so the towels, bathrobes and any swimwear could not dry easily. It also meant that the steam hung around for ages as there was no ventilation or extraction. That said, there was an electric radiator in the main part of the room which you could turn on but it made the room very stuffy. We had no hot water on the last night of our stay which was disappointing, so had to settle with a tepid shower.

Hidden gem in Honfleur

This is an absolute magical hidden gem. We had 2 very calm relaxing days traveling around this area and loved coming back to relax in the spa. The hotel is located outside q beautiful town, making it very calm, perfect to get away and rest. Room and bathroom were very spacious and modern. One of the highlights was the breakfast with fresh products. Since we arrived we felt welcomed as in a family.

Peaceful spot on busy coast

Amazing hotel in beautiful neighborhood just near Honfleur. Nice spa (pool + sauna), gorgeous breakfast, stylish interior. Garden view so you will listen to birds from your room. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Absolutely a great stay

We had a great stay at La Fraîchette, next time we have to stay a few days longer. Estelle and Guillaume are very friendly and helpfull hosts. The room, the breakfast and the pool, all at top level. The Hotel is just out of town and therefore very quiet. We also can recommend the small restaurant "Chez Papy" for an excellent galette : )

Het was alsof je op bezoek bent bij een vriend… rustig en ontspannend!

We werden zeer goed onthaald door de sympathieke eigenaars. Heerlijk rustige ligging. De wellnessruimte was zeer mooi met goede sauna en mooi zwembad. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Geweldig verblijf in een heel mooie omgeving

Alles was tip top in orde. Heel verzorgd, goede ontvangst, uitgebreid ontbijt, alles was ook heel netjes en proper. Geweldige service echt een aanrader. Er was nu echt nergens iets op aan te merken. Wij gaan zeker nog terug. Eigenaars doen echt hun uiterste best en verdienen een 10 op 10.

Ultra reposant

Quel superbe hôtel, très coocooning, très propre et hyper agréable. Les propriétaires sont hyper conviviaux et de très bon conseils pour les activités environnantes SPA et piscine au top un pur régal. La chambre est propre et bien équipé, le calme et la sérénité règne au sein de l'établissement. Le temps d'un massage le temps a été suspendu. Le petit déjeuner est un bon rapport qualité prix et équilibré. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité, leur écoute et leur bonne humeur. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !! Et nous recommandons sans aucun doute

Tolles kleines Hotel

Das Hotel ist klein und Familiär. Wenige Zimmer und kein Trubel. Genau, was wir gesucht haben. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Terrasse, so konnten wir am Abend noch draußen sitzen. Das Frühstück war klasse und liebevoll angerichtet. Mobil sollte man sein, da es etwas abseits von Honfleur liegt. Für uns perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Het hotel was heel goed. Leuk verblijf als je in de buurt iets wilt bezoeken voor een dagje of 2. Goede en mooie ligging om door te reizen. Dicht bij Honfleur. Propere en ruime kamer. Personeel was heel beleefd en behulpzaam.

Séjour agréable et proche de Honfleur.

Chambre propre et calme . Bonne literie. Sanitaire bien équipé mais l'espace douche et toilettes un peu étroit. Petit déjeuner de qualité avec produits locaux. Espace piscine agréable. Sauna et prestation massage non testés. Bon accueil de la propriétaire, très discrète. Hôtel bien situé et calme.

Espace douche et espace toilettes un peu étroit pour une personne corpulente . Le petit déjeuner est diversifié mais donne l'impression d'être limité par personne. Le propriétaire éloquent, venait nous faire la discussion au petit déjeuner, ce qui est sympathique mais peut être déconcertant pour d'autres. En effet , nous sommes dans un hôtel et non dans des chambres d'hôtes.
