Comfortable and good breakfast

The room was large and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the electric car charging worked perfectly.

You can't start the electric car charging if there is no-one at reception - ie after 23:00 (we had a party and it would have been good to be able to charge afterwards - we were back about 23:30)

Not a lot of places to dine in the evening nearby. There is a super local bar that does pub grub and there's a bakery where Id recommend you go for breakfast and/or lunch.

VERY BAD EXPIRIANCE WITH THE MANAGER OF THE HOTEL.

we had a bad expiriance with th manager of the hotel MR ENZO TIRAPU. THE 2nd day we were there the door of the room did not open .They tried everything for almost 4 hours BUT COULD NOT OPEN THE DOOR. we had to wait for the door to open .the next day it happened again .we tried to talk to the manage, one of the front desk workers adviced us to talk to the owner /managerMR ENZO TIRAPU but he refused to talk to us . last day he knew we wanted to speak to him but hid in the hotel running away from us . wwe think that his behaviour is un acceptable .He does not speek english or made himself not understanding what we want . We Are turists using booking all over the world . never had to face such a situation wwe think we are entitled to a copensation from the BRIT HONFLEUR HOTEL .We are not people that complain for no reason .We are in our 70 teesaand did not have a place to sit down and even wait as the little loby was used by the family and friend of the manager who came over to spend time ,while we had to wait untill they mannaged luckely to open the door so we could go in . THAT WAS A VERY VERY BAD EXPIRIANCE AND WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT .

Comfortable hotel great for a star tour

Very nice and new hotel, the room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast. Location is great for a star tour. There is an outlet access to the hotel.

The location was a little bit out of Honfleur, would have preferre to be a little closer to the cent

The hotel was clean and tidy

The cost of a bedroom was e135 which was cheaper than using Booking.com, I ended up paying e350 over the cost price of a room by using Booking.com, cant understand what the purpose of using a booking site is if its more expensive!! Very disappointed.

Good, would have been great if my personal circumstances were better

Breakfast was good. Spa was good, great place to unwind. The staff were amazing, unfortunately I had a bad experience with my motorcycle breaking down. Would like to say a big thank you to all the girls on reception for all there help, especially Delphine for taking so much time to help me during a difficult time, I’m very grateful

Great hotel

Very friendly, helpful staff, even providing fresh milk for my morning tea. Good comfortable beds and quality furnishings. Great spot light by the side of the bed for reading, so you don't disturb your partner. Good size shower room with a strong shower. Spacious parking bays. Great shops nearby to buy regional artisan goods. The best being the homemade biscuit and Calvados shop and the boulanger. Great for buying picnic items. Plus, an outlet mall down the road for those hardened shoppers. We only stayed over the weekend, so we didn't get to use the spa facilties. However, we've already made a new booking and look forward to returning very soon to take advantage of all the facilities this lovely hotel has to offer.

The only small point was that the air conditioning doesn't go below 19°. OK, for me, but hubby just prefers a cooler room. We bought a fan and that solved the problem. Plus, I wish they had more choice of drinks at the bar.

staff was super friendly, location was ideal (quite, close access to shopping mall, highway, cafe, shops and bakery), close to city center, clean and quite. the spa was an amazing way to start the day!

the only thing i missed was a mini fridge. i like to keep drinks in the rooms, specially on a hot day. Also the AC was not that strong. other than that the rooms are comfy and clean. loved the water pressure.

Pleasant stay revisiting beautiful Honfleur.

Excellent breakfast. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom new and modern.

The hotel is designed as a motor hotel in a countrified location a few miles from the lovely town of Honfleur. We were traveling by train and bus, therefore dependent on a taxi to/from town and restaurants. The one pub walkable to the hotel was closed due to Sunday. Fortunately, we had a very professional, helpful taxi driver!

Nice but not worth the money

A very stylish hotel with great shops locally. Friendly staff. Comfortable and good sized bedrooms. Lots of parking and Free electric plug in for electric vehicles.

Far too expensive on top of your room rate for extras. An additional £12/person to swim each day! An additional £15/person for breakfast, even for children, which is disgusting. Most places have kids each free or reduced rate but not here!

perfect as a base to explore Normandy with a dog and an electric car. charging is available right outside. there is also a decent bakery close by.

for any other restaurants you will need to drive for a little bit. there is not much around except for the bakery and the outlet store.

Very helpful front desk. Assisted us to find convenient and inexpensive parking in Honfleur which can be very crowded in summer. Front desk also recommended 2 superb Michelin-rated restaurants we greatly enjoyed. Plenty of free parking at hotel and very effective air conditioning.
