The reservation code they sent was not found on their automatic system and the button for 24 hour help, no one was answering. I had to book and pay for another room. Hopefully I will get refunded.

Problem at check in. They could not find my reservation ,which seems to be a general problem in France at B & B hotels. It tolk 1/2 an Hour and several phonecalls before er could get in ( terrible self check in). Never had the problem in Germany and Poland.

Air was not working appropriately, all we got out of it was hot air and we were forced to sleep with windows completely open. No one to notify at night, not even a phone in the room. THe drain in the shower was plugged and water flooded the room. I should get a refund for this mess! Expedia needs to live up to its properties represented.
