A real gem of a place, with two of the best views of Honfleur.

We booked our stay very last minute and couldn't believe our luck when we walked through the door! A lovely, spacious and comfortable room, with some of the best views of Honfleur - the old church at the back and the harbour at the front. The bed was very comfortable and the desk plus table and chairs all helped us feel we had plenty of surfaces for our things and somewhere to sit and relax. We spent a lovely few days pottering around the town and it was so convenient being able to pop back to the room as and when we needed to. We enjoyed a coffee overlooking the harbour in the mornings and also looking at all the lights in the evening before bed. We couldn't have hoped for better. A real gem of a place. Have already recommended this place to several family and friends. It is the ideal location and a wonderful place to stay, if visiting Honfleur.

If we were being picky, the waterfall shower was not working properly and the hook for the handheld shower was missing, meaning you had to find ways to balance the shower head while taking a shower. This in no way affected our enjoyment of the lovely apartment though and we would happily have stayed longer and would stay again.

All the little details were thought of, it wasn't noisy, the shower was nice, the location was good, the value was high. I would stay there again

I had to use Google translate to read the emails in English.Sending an email when I was out of the unit was cumbersome, a text would have been easier. It's France so church bells ring until 9 pm if you were thinking of taking a nap

Great room in city centre

The location was right in the centre of Honfleur, which made it very easy to walk everywhere in the town. The room was very clean and homely. The view and ambience was greater than expected, we had a really good stay here!

It is right above the port of Honfleur. Especially in the weekends this might cause some disturbance. Even though we did not mind this at all, it could be something to take into account if you are looking for a more quiet stay!

Great location from which to explore the beautiful village of Honfleur.

The centrally located room has windows on both sides offering views of the cathedral on one side and the harbour on the other. It is an unbeatable position from which to explore Honfleur. Due to being on the first floor it is possible for people in the town square to see you when the lights are on inside. However, they have thoughtfully provided wooden shutters to close the room off. It would be fairly hot during summer with the room closed and there is no air conditioning. There are several great restaurants (Michelin guide) and boulangeries within 3 minutes walk.

just a perfect location in the town centre. The Saturday Market set up outside and we heard nothing due to the excellent windows. Double aspect windows with view over the basin and at the rear St Catherine’s Chuch. Every aspect was very well catered

The staircase although in perfect condition and strong was slightly challenging for older less agile folks.

Room had not been properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes and clothes in the cupboards. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Only 2 coffee pods were provided for a two night stay

Honfleur was great, but this landlord was very careless of his guests.

Location is central which is good, as long as you don’t mind the noise and the smell of cooking.

We arrived at the address to find another couple waiting there. None of us had been given information on how to get a key and nobody was answering the the contact telephone number. If it hadn’t been for the owner of the shop downstairs we would never have known that we were expected to go to an office by the port to wait for an assistant to turn up. When we checked out of the room I left my Kindle by the bed. Unfortunately they didn’t answer the phone or text, even though I contacted them before the next check-in. I contacted Booking.com, but they haven’t had any success. Don’t leave anything, they will never return it.

Perfect location!

The location was just perfect, overlooking St Catherine’s church on one side and the harbour on the other side. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated.

There was a Nespresso machine but only 2 pods were provided when we were staying 2 nights.

Convenient very central location.

The location is amazing - right in the city center, opposite St Catherine's church. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, the view was nice. As the property does not offer any food, we found a great restaurant nearby, just opposite the Chambres - Les Maison de Lea. We had dinner there twice and breakfast once, and it was just marvellous. Highly recommended.

The window frames were not very clean - they needed a good dusting. Also, it would be great if the hosts could provide some small and/ or soft pillows - the 2 pillows were big and quite hard. Being located in the very heart of the town, the rooms were a bit noisy especially in the morning when the cleaning cars started to work, but not in an unmanageable way.

Pleasant

The bedroom suite is ample and warm, quite comfortable and cosy. As said, the views are stunning and charming, romantic and fantastic. Reception was quite good.

The location is both a curse and a blessing: the port area is quite busy during weekend evenings. Parties and loud music last until 00:30/01:00. Otherwise, the location and views are excellent. It's a bit pricey compared with other offers. The strict check-in/check-out policy left us baffled.

großartiger Aufenthalt im wunderschönen und Honfleur wir kommen wieder.

Die exzellente Lage zeichnet diese Unterkunft aus. Sie liegt zwischen dem pittoresken Hafen und dem schönen Marktplatz. Aus den Fenstern hat man auf beide Sehenswürdigkeiten einen guten Blick. Schlüsselübergabe und Zugang zur Wohnung waren gut geregelt. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Der kostenfreie Parkplatz war leider etwas weiter entfernt (circa 15 Minuten Fußweg).

Mooi ingericht verblijf, midden in het centrum. Daar komt ook wat geluid bij, van restaurants en bars en de markt. Maar niet té veel. En je krijgt er een geweldig uitzicht voor terug.

Le rêve!

Très bel appartement, pratique, propre et joliment décoré dans le style Normand, idéalement placé avec une vue exceptionnelle de part et d'autre. Son emplacement permet d'être en plein centre ville avec toutes ses galeries d'art, ses musées, ses commerces et restaurants. Le bassin et ses bateaux et la plage à quelques minutes de marche avec vue sur le port du havre sont à voir en fonction de la marée. Visite Etretat, Deauville, Houlgate. Nous sommes restés une semaine en septembre en amoureux ... le rêve! Parking gratuit.

Malgré une bonne insonorisation prévoir bouchon d'oreille pour dormir... bruit du bar et des clients jusqu'à de 2h du matin, et reprise du bruit vers 6h pour les livraisons des restaurants et nettoyage de la ville + poubelles! Le parking gratuit est à 7 min à pied (attention places limitées lors de forte affluence).

Un apartamento precioso para visitar un pueblo precioso.

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Honfleur y moverte por los alrededores (Etretat, Trouville-sur Mer, Le Havre, etc.). La información que te facilitan sobre el apartamento, opciones de aparcamiento, etc. es muy completa y detalalda. El detalle de dejarnos una botella de sidra y unos caramelos de mantequilla salada típicos de la zona es muy de agardecer.

Las escaleras de acceso al apartamento son empinadas y estrechas. Aunque ya lo sabíamos cuando hicimos la reserva, gracias a la excelente información disponible del apartamento, puede ser complicado para personas con movilidad recucida.

Wederom plastic hoes om de matras. Ongezond mens kan zijn vocht niet kwijt en wordt steeds badend in zweet wakker. Temperatuur in kamer was ongekend hoog

chambre bien décoré mais pas du tout adaptée aux chaleurs d'été car pas de climatisation

jolie décoration bien situé près du Vieux Port ( quand ce n'est pas la fête de la Musique)

- pas de climatisation : il faisait 30 degrés dehors et il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre : le ventilateur ne faisait que brasser l'air chaud donc cela ne servait à rien. - le book in est très tard, à 16h et quand j'ai demandé à avoir la chambre plus tot vers 13h30 (car notre train arrivait à 13h) , la conciergerie m'a dit : " on vous appellera quand ce sera pret" . ce qui n'est pas une réponse constructive qui propose des solutions au client. je voulais simplement déposer ma valise pour profiter de l'apres-midi avec ma fille. - impossible de dormir jusqu'à 2h du matin : comme c'était la fete de la Musique on a subi une fête techno avec les décibels à fond juste sous notre fenêtre qui apparemment n'etait pas autorisée par la mairie et qui a terminé à 2H du matin au lieu de 23h . bref le sejour n'etait pas du tout agréable

Fantastisch!

Een fantastische locatie: midden in het centrum met uitzicht op de oude Normandische kerk aan de voorkant en op de haven aan de achterkant. Veel restaurantjes en winkeltjes om de locatie heen. De kamer is op de derde etage van een prachtig oud huis. Dit betekent wel trappen op maar het is het absoluut waard. Verder is het schoon en relatief ruim. De communicatie was met de verhuurder was goed en duidelijk.

100 % Weiterempfehlung

Die Unterkunft ist zentral mit Blick auf den Hafen sowie die Holzkirche. Die Einrichtung ist detailreich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet sowie gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine). Nach Buchung ging uns digital ein Zimmerprospekt zu, wo sämtliche Fragen auch vorab schon geklärt werden konnten (wie zum Beispiel kostenlos parken und Zugangscodes). Patisseries sowie gute Restaurants gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es ist eine schöne Idee und erleichtert die Arbeit des Personals, seinen Müll selbst zu entsorgen sowie auch die Bettwäsche abzuziehen. Hatte ich so jetzt noch nicht, finde es aber ok.

Die Bettdecke war für den Einsatz im Winter geeignet.

Aufwertung unseres Honfleur Aufenthaltes durch dieses schöne Appartement. Hierhin kommen wir gerne wieder.

Hochwertig renovierte, saubere Zimmer. Zentrale Lage mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Alte Bassin und seine farbenfrohen Schiffe, sowie - auf der Nord-West Seite des Zimmers - die größte Holzkirche Frankreichs. Die Übernahme des Appartements über den Schlüsselcode war unkompliziert.

Bad typisch französisch: sehr schön fürs Auge mit ausgefallenem Waschbereich. Insgesamt aber etwas unpraktisch. Z.B. keine verünftige Abstellfläche für eigene Waschuntensilien. Alles jedoch - wie schon gesagt - sehr sauber.
