De ligging! Direct aan de haven en aan het plein waar je meteen op de marktjes stond. Inchecken ging makkelijk met digitaal welkomboekje. We hadden problemen met de wifi en het tv kastje (tijdens wk). Na chatcontact zijn ze dit de volgende dag komen fixen.

Erg warm terwijl het buiten maar rond de 20-22 graden overdag was, waarschijnlijk met hogere temperaturen niet te doen. Ventilator aanwezig, constant gebruikt. 4 Handdoeken op 5 dagen is te weinig. Geen afwasmiddel/borstel om glazen/koffiemokken af te spoelen. Parkeren in omgeving lastig en duur! Tip: dagkaart bij reuzenrad (l’Est) voor 24 uur. Maar vanaf 25 uur direct veel duurder.

Le calme, plein centre ville, mais aucun bruit, on est arrivés un vendredi soir, samedi le marché, mais il n’y avait aucun bruit.

Location is central which is good, as long as you don’t mind the noise and the smell of cooking.

We arrived at the address to find another couple waiting there. None of us had been given information on how to get a key and nobody was answering the the contact telephone number. If it hadn’t been for the owner of the shop downstairs we would never have known that we were expected to go to an office by the port to wait for an assistant to turn up. When we checked out of the room I left my Kindle by the bed. Unfortunately they didn’t answer the phone or text, even though I contacted them before the next check-in. I contacted Booking.com, but they haven’t had any success. Don’t leave anything, they will never return it.
