An unexpected delight

Nicely restored hotel with all the modern conveniences. We opted for a spacious wood panelled 1 bedroom suite with a large bedroom and separate living room surrounded by divided light windows featuring charming neighborhood views. We loved the ambience and appreciated the super friendly and helpful staff(owners) who helped make the stay extra memorable. Location is walkable to everywhere and parking is secure on the grounds. Delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice was included. If you want to feel a bit more connected with Honfleur during your stay, this is the hotel to choose.

Beautiful property in gorgeous Honfleur

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Frank and his son were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The property has been so tastefully decorated and is only a few minutes walk to the port and its restaurants. Highly recommended.

An extraordinary stay in Honfleur

Very nice, warm-welcoming hosts. We stayed at a beautiful clean and neat apartment, comfortable beds and free parking. Tasty rich breakfast. Great location for a walk in Honfleur.

Amazing!

This isn't an apartment, but an entire house with a private entrance! Three floors! The ground floor has a big living room, a kitchen, and an additional bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and a large bathroom. And the third floor has another room, but it's unfurnished. The apartment is located on private property with electronic gates and private parking. Excellent breakfast, everything fresh and delicious. The owners write in advance and explain everything upon arrival, and even tell us about good restaurants in town. There's a supermarket across the street. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. Perfect!

a building with a lot of charm and character and safe parking

for French standards the breakfast was very good: 1 egg, bio yoghourt, different coffees, croissants, a little fruit salad, jam

we were surprised by the absence of a separate shower; while the room was spacious and charming under the roof and had an excellent sized duo-bath - it didn't have a shower. It was quite a challenge to try to shower ourselves for 3 nights with the little hand shower used to clean the bath tube :) . also, one has to be fit enough for 3 floors of stairs (we were so for us no problem here). the family is sweet and there is a cute golden retriever walking around.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Fabulous selection offered for breakfast. Rooms are enormous and well equipped. On site parking. Hosts were very friendly location was ideal for walking round Honfleur. We stayed in the top room up 3 flights of stairs so if you have mobility issues, that would be a problem. I have nothing negative to say about this establishment.

Great hosts, very secure parking and a nice quiet room, there is a nice vibe to the place and we particularly liked the dogs. Would stay again.

Bits of our room looked tired, particularly the bathroom and the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

Very French and charming.

The breakfast was just right. The location was very good. particularly in relation to the centre of Honfluer. The private car parking was a bonus, despite being difficult to access.

Car access to the property was extremely tight and difficult with parking places just outside the main gates. the top floor room was very well appointed but having a bath and not a shower was a disappointment for us. the staircase was also a challenge with luggage, although the owners were very helpful with this.

Great place to stay in Honfleur. Just outside the central buzz but very, very close and it has parking. Welcoming and friendly hosts who serve up a very pleasant breakfast each morning. Our suite was very roomy and well appointed. Not air conditioned but a cooling fan provided - helpful as we were there when temperature high.

Enjoyable stay.

Private parking and easily walkable to Honfleur centre. Breakfast was excellent. We had warm croissants, fresh boiled eggs, fresh baguettes, jams, fresh fruit, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheeses and slices of fresh home made tartes. Bedroom was very spacious with lovely views. Antoine and his father were very good hosts.

We had the 3rd floor bedroom. While having great views and plenty of space, there are downsides to this room. 51 steps up to the room so you will easily get your fitness steps in each day. Only has a bath tub with shower attachments. Very nice large bathtub though. A blind at the window over the bed would be good as the afternoon and evening sun makes the bed and room quite warm. There is air conditioning but is at the opposite end of the long room.

one serious matter was the there was a double booking and we had to leave the property a day early. although the owner made every effort to make the transition to another flat easy it was a big disruption and we would rather have stayed in the original apartment that we booked. this was not good.

A real gem that gives you comfort and authenticity

We wanted something authentic and comfortable, the accommodation definitely met our expectations and more. It is spacious and we loved its style and charm. The location is great, few minutes walk to restaurants and shops, and it has secure parking. We loved the fresh French breakfast each morning, and the host is very kind and hospitable. We have stayed for three nights, and would like to come back and stay for longer. The place instils a sense of calm and relaxation

We stressed out as the information on Booking says that check in should happen before 19.30 and we were delayed. We called the property and it was not a problem that we had a late arrival. It may help for that to be clarified as it would be helpful for people to know they could arrive in the evening (even if that is the exception).

Hosts were very warm and generous. Showed us around the room, gave us a map of the area, and recommended a restaurant for dinner. The facilities are newly updated and include everything you could need to be comfortable. The room itself was very spacious and included a beautiful wood paneled dining room, sky lights, high quality bedding, a bath tub and shower, and more. Breakfast was served in our room and was delicious. It was very affordable for the value. Access to the garden and a parking spot was very nice as well! Thank you so much for having us!
