The good: Room well decorated, comfortable and clean. The bad: Access to all rooms is by a narrow, even dangerous, spiral staircase. No hand rails. Good lighting but steep. Very noisy from bar/restaurant until 11:30 pm. The unacceptable: Our reserved room was given away and we were placed in a smaller room several floors of stairs higher, and one in our party is handicapped. We were charged the same fee although this smaller room is listed for less on hotels.com. The accessibility issue meant that we could not leave and come back as often as we would normally have because of the risk on the stairs. This defeated the purpose of visiting the town. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We loved this place in the middle of beautiful Honfleur!!! I’ve already recommended it to my granddaughter ! I was worried when we got there because it is a self checkin with codes,etc. It would have been much better if I’d read my emails 😁 It has a very narrow and step staircase, and the building is old. It has been beautifully renovated and has kept its old world charm without neglecting its modern amenities. I highly recommend this charmer.

The check inn process is at the restaurant next door. But the restaurant is closed 2 days a week, and for lunch another day. I did not receive the information from the owner to get into the room, until I had left

A very beautiful roomy apartment just a stones throw away from the beautiful harbour. Very comfortable bed, we loved that there was a sofa to chill on, fridge, tea /coffee facilities, tv spotlessly clean. The lovely host Karine text us as soon as we booked with directions to the apartment & details where to park. Very attentive & she is just next door in the restaurant should you require her. We would definitely love to return to stay here. Amy

Our stay at this bijou residence was great. Karine (who runs the restaurant next door) contacted us a couple of hours before we arrived and welcomed us when we checked in. The room was delightful and clean, solid wifi and the house was right in the centre of Honfleur - beautiful! We loved it. (And Karine knows a secret, free, place to park your car!)
