Perfect location, perfect room, perfect staff
All was good

The location is perfect for exploring Honfleur. The hotel is tastefully decorated
The bed in room D12 was two singles pushed together which sadly drifted apart during the night causing my husband to fall onto the floor.
We felt the buffet breakfast was expensive.

The location was excellent as it was in the heart of the city. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
The room was nice and spacious, but it could use updating.

Charming hotel, very spacious room, great location to walk through town, easy parking site that was a short walk away, very helpful hotel staff.

Great location and surprisingly, despite being in the centre of town, the room was very quiet. Bed was large and very comfortable
Bathroom was well equipped but compact which ment the shower cubicle was a little small for me. Otherwise a very pleasant stay

Just a slightly small room

The hotel was centrally located and the room was comfortable.
The room was located next to a massage parlour and it was noisy, Also, I had an unusual request for which I was not expecting a positive answer but the response of the staff lacked empathy and showed service is not their strong feature.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Smack bang in the middle of the old town right beside St Catherines Church and the port. Paid parking lot about 5 or less minutes away. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food and drink good. Bed very comfy. Loved the bath (but I am only 5 foot)! Shower was hand held but completely usable. We have stayed in other hotels in the area but this is definitely our favourite!
Unfortunately no lift but couldn't see how you would install one as its an old building. Stairs were a little narrow on the treads but again due to the historic building. Anyone with mobility issues would need to state 1st floor as there are 2 sets of steps to climb even that far. Shower was usable but would be better fixed higher up so you could stand under it. Again not a game changer just a suggestion.

Authentic property but very modern and comfortable. Loved looking out on the rooftops - a bit like being in the film ‘Ratatouille’!

Location and room
The hotel doesn’t have the lift and the stairs are too small to get luggage upstairs . It should be written in the description and in the brochure that the hotel has no lift .

In fact it's the historic village what makes this a nice hotel, because the hotel blends in perfectly. My room L25 was in a building a few houses further down the road. On the third floor reached by narrow stairs (no elevator).
The room was a bit noisy, or the peeps in my neighboring room were. L25 has a window looking on a wall and windows of the next building.

Brilliant location, though the three sites are confusing, albeit close together, and super helpful staff.
We were in the smallest of the three sites above a fitness centre. Access was tight

Spacious and clean apartment
Very good breakfast
Excellent location
Excellent insonorisation (important since the hotel faces a narrow street where the cars can unfortunately circulate)
Very nice staff
Just be aware of the presence of very steep stairs.

Location, room and staff were all OK. The down side was the parking. The parking lot recommended by the hotel was full. We located an alternate that was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
Lack of parking, although you are warned about that when making a reservation.

Excellent location..right in the heart of everyrhing. Room was very clean, value for money. The little downside with room L31 was that the wifi connection was not good. Other than that ut's a great hotel.
Poor wifi connection for room L31.

It’s in a very central location and spread across three buildings so we were in an annex. This meant they have no parking but we found car park about 10 mins away at 6 euro per day. Very friendly staff, beautiful building and good breakfast fie which there was an extra charge for that.

Love to see the old buildings renovated and kept alive. Parking close on the edge of the old town. Dining on ground floor with good breakfast and light snacks. Small but comfy room in nouveau collective style. Good shower with screen door. Opened the old windows, over-looking the streets below. Staff helpful with moving the bags up small spiral staircase. Good value.

the location is amazing and the room was big enough for our family. on Saturday morning you have the local market just outside of the hotel.
have to park the car far away from the hotel.

Probably worth paying extra for the better room. Very comfortable although the toilet was a little snug !

Great location in a beautiful town. Close to the harbour and restaurants. We stayed in a room in one of the buildings down the street from the main hotel. We were aware that we would be climbing stairs (but wouldn't mind anyway),Parking could be an issue if you are not aware. It is provided by the hotel, but a walk from the hotel. We opted to pay park in the public lot and walk as we had a large car and the streets are narrow (hence the beauty of the town)

Great little hotel in an amazing little town.
Location is 10/10
We stayed in the 2 bedroom house which is very very cute
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Make sure you are there on a Friday night for the market on Saturday.
We only stayed one night which was not enough.

Really good hotel located in the center of Honfleur. The staff is very friendly and they really good organized. With the booking we asked for a place to store our bicycles over night. They answered that it would not be a problem. It was noticed in their system - when we checked in they showed us the place. Well organized! The breakfast was also very good. It seems to be a little more expensive with 16€ but it was really worth it. There is nothing missing, coffee as you like, eggs, fresh fruits, …

The hotel is a lovely traditional building in the heart of Honfleur close to the harbour and all its bars, eateries and shops. Our room was compact and high up with rooflight windows rather than a view out, but it was well arranged and comfortable and we were probabbly lucky to get it in peak season!
We were unable to check in until 3pm and we found a couple of the counter staff a little unhelpful, but maybe it was because their English was as 'undercooked' as our French :-)
