An exquisite place, a lovely hostess, and a beautiful old town. Perfect.

We loved this place. It consisted of several houses around a central courtyard. We had a small house, half timbered, old, slightly slanting, to ourselves (all that was left when we booked). We were only two people, but had a kitchen, living area, and two bedrooms - more than we needed, but so very comfortable. Our bedroom was quiet and looked out over the central courtyard, which was magically lit with fairy lights at night. The decorating, landscaping, and architecture were so beautiful. Our hostess was a whirlwind of activity, seeing to everyone's needs perfectly. We wish we had longer to stay in beautiful Honfleur and this lovely lodging.

Delightful stay in a unique and beautiful property. Gracious hostess.

Unique and lovely property with rooms arranged around a courtyard filled with flowers and trees. Nice breakfast served in room off courtyard with plenty of options. Comfortable and spacious room.

Refilling breakfast buffet was slow - particularly ran out of milk for coffee/cereal and did not replace for quite some time. Also, later arrivals to breakfast will miss many options as they run out.

A lovely loft with plenty of space for a family of four.

Liked that all four of us could stay together in the loft instead of in two separate rooms. Liked having a kitchen with cooking facilities. Liked being able to reserve parking directly underneath the loft to save us searching for parking elsewhere. Liked the beautiful decor in the breakfast room and the lovely breakfast.

Only a few minor things; the sink in the bathroom was a bit high for washing in. Some cobwebs in the beams could do with being removed.

Thoroughly enjoyable and memorable.

The buildings within the complex were very quirky and the garden was exceptionally lovely with the option of eating outside when weather permitted. All the bedrooms were very spacious and very clean. The owner and her son were extremely friendly and helpful with nothing any trouble. Would recommend that staying here was very good and memorable and would certainly return if visiting the area again.

Absolutely beautiful little hotel in Honfleur. Everything was perfect. The staff were delightful, the courtyard garden beautiful and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. Loved that it was a pleasant stroll to the center.

A lovely weekend in quaint but busy Honfleur

Location was excellent, very nice breakfast, host was friendly and helpful, accommodation was quiet and peaceful

Some observations to assist others. We stayed in an upstairs room which could only be accessed by a steep circular stair. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage this accommodation will be difficult for you. Make sure you ask for a ground floor room to enjoy the lovely hospitality and beautiful gardens.

Room was not clean and we had an ant infestation, the staff simply shrugged and gave us insect spray.

A delighful little hotel with pleasant staff which I would recommend to anyone staying in Honfleur.

Delightful little hotel in a very good location. It was beautifully presented and the staff were delightful especially as we arrived in a bit of a rush, had to park the car and meet friends for a quick lunch before they went home. Breakfast had a lot of options and what could have been a dark and cold stone room was warm and decorated in a way that made it cozy. Our room was spacious and well decorated. The garden was beautifully done with stunning fairy lights.

Our room was a little dark and it would have been helpful to have a central switch for the lamps though this did not stop our enjoyment.

Charming, beautiful little hideaway in Honfleur. Comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, charming hostess. We stayed in the loft and it was perfect for our family of four. It’s hard to find places with three beds for parents and older teen boys; the loft was perfect for us.

Simply beautiful!

We spent three days in The Loft which is just a stone's throw away from the main hotel and a bit further up the hill. Perfect if you are staying for a longer period, it has its own kitchenette and is very spacious. Breakfast in the main facility was perfect. The entire hotel is just a dream, very romantic and very well maintained. The harbour and everything else Honfleur has to offer is just a short stroll away.

Proprietor was very gracious and helpful, our room was upgraded due to another cancellation, breakfast was beautifully arranged and tasty, courtyard gardens are alone worth the stay.

As a family of four we were housed in an utterly charming and roomy loft a little uphill from the other rooms and garden at the B&B proper. But it was comfortable, the hosts were friendly and it felt great to be part of this gem of a city for the night.

Perfect!

Just returned from a lovely weekend in this fairytale oasis in Honfleur. The buildings and garden are magical, a short stroll into town and a perfect spot to explore Honfleur and further afield. We stayed in Room 1 (four poster suite) directly above the breakfast room which was lovely. We both agreed that it is so rare to reach a hotel and be truly amazed at the surroundings with so many tiny, historical details everywhere. The entrance is breathtaking.

Nothing with the hotel, but recommend to book with parking as it would of been difficult to park anywhere close by if this wasn’t available as it is very busy.

Disappointing after a 6 hour drive from the Uk

Size of room

Room was not connected to hotel, breakfast is very crowded, limited food options, uncomfortable. Found the reception on arriving not good, especially at night. No one there, had to call someone to come by and pick up to our room, which was not part of the hotel we saw online. Area smelled of Marijuana. Toilet would not flush fully.

it is one of the most beautiful and charming hotels in France. the old buildings are stunning and the room so tastefully furnished. The garden was full of lights and everything was decorated for Christmas making it feel like a fairytale. truly stunning
