A place to return.

Staff was really great. A special thanks to Ms. Casandra. She was very helpful and professional. The room and breakfast super exceeded ours expectations. It was really easy to reach the main Honfleur attractions and access to the main roads.

Checked out early so didn't have breakfast

Car parking was expensive. Understandable in high season given the location but not at this time of year. I parked on the street and walked - perhaps the reason the car park was mostly empty

Comfortable hotel near to Honfleur port and town centre

The hotel is situated a short walk away from the town centre The parking for our car was easy The bedroom was spacious and comfortable Breakfast was very good with fresh food

I wouldn’t go back because the IBiS next door was 1/3 of the price and from what Isaw better value shame on you Merc

The shower didn’t work the sheets didn’t fit the bed. The window didn’t close properly the shower head fell off the rail and hit me on the head and caused a gash on my scalp the shower head could be fixed in place it was a disgrace

Apart from Wi-Fi issues, hotel served it’s purpose.

Breakfast and location okay.

Wi-Fi dreadful, unusable & staff couldn’t assist. For this reason I would not be able to stay here again.

Room very comfortable and met all our needs. The breakfast was excellent with a great deal of choice and continual replenishment.The parking was very helpful as the town car parks were often full and busy.

Perfectly located in the centre of Honfleur. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff excellent.

A real find

The hotel was smaller than some of the Mercure Hotels we have stayed up and this was reflected in the room size. Having said that the room was were perfectly acceptable. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is ideally located to walk into Honfleur. The locked car park at the rear was a bonus.

wonderful stay in a great location. will definitely stay there again

the location was perfect, we were a 2 minute walk from the center of town which kept us out of the noise and crowds but we could walk in every day and evening. The room was lovely and met all our needs

the room was a little cold. The staff said we can call them to turn up the heat but that would mean calling down every morning and again at the end of the eve. Would have liked our own controls
