The location for snorkelling and peace was fabulous. The property was so unique and the snorkelling was amazing. We saw turtles and reef sharks right outside! The food was very cheap and authentic at the property and was delicious!
It would not be great for anyone struggling with mobility as the property is on a hillside and has a lot of steps. It is also quite isolated so a scooter is recommended. We loved the peace.

This family run villa is warm, welcoming, and peaceful. Oum at reception was attentive and kind. All the staff were competent, caring, and relaxed. The villa is integrated into the natural beauty of the setting of large costal rock shoreline, a beach, local natural vegetation, and wildlife. The open air restaurant on the beach in front of the reef for snorkelling is outstanding.
No suggestions for improvement. Keep doing what you are doing :)

It was out of the way which was lovely. It has its own little cove where you can dive for free, and was a lovely break away from the chaos of Koh Tao. The onsite restaurant was handy and reasonably priced.
It was a little out of the way and if you aren’t great with hills or steps then it may be one to avoid
The room was quite small and there was limited place to store clothes

Amazing view from the balcony. No trouble.
Steep ways to the bungalows. For us no problem but people having problems with their feet could be hard.
