Upstairs bedroom a bit second hand

Never met the owner, all the info was provided before hand. Car parking was nice to have. Entry was easy, two flights of stairs. Room was large enough, though the shower was small. Comfy bed. Breakfast supplied by Iain in a neighbouring hotel was tasty. Iain was very helpful (he’s the contact if you have an issue.) Having access to a local health club with swimming pool and spa area was one reason we booked here. Nice smallish pool, very welcome large spa pool.
The decor was okay, but maybe a few touch ups needed. Though that wouldn’t in any way stop me from staying here again.

Location was great
No elevators, had to lift heavy cases up 3 flights of stairs.
Also no shelf in shower for soap. You had to either hold the soap in your hand, of place on the floor. A safely hazard that could easily be fixed.
