Beautiful hotel on the ocean near a quaint village

Location was perfect for accessing the beaches with private free parking. The included breakfast was amazing and had so much care put into it. I would stay here again for my next visit to Normandy.

The view was decent but had a lot of construction directly in front of the hotel. The beach in the distance was beautiful but the exposed construction site from above took away from it a bit.

Very disappointing

We liked the location and the breakfast

Where do I start … upon arrival to the attractive house and entry, we were quickly disappointed to be led down a dark stairway to a ground floor room which had the distinct smell of a basement laundry room. The “ocean view” was actually a view of dilapidated industrial buildings that surrounded what appeared to be sewage treatment ponds. To top it off, the outside door of our room would not lock so we brought our luggage with us when we went out for dinner and then piled our suitcases against the door overnight. The room looked cute in the photos online but felt gloomy and drab. This room should be used for storage, not for guests. Now, to be fair, after breakfast I took a peek into several of the rooms upstairs and they were lovely. Bottom line: don't stay in the room "Cabourg" unless you like a basement laundryroom-type atmosphere.

Normandie is a lovely area of France. Perfect for cycling, lots of museums, and beautiful beaches. The location of the B&B is central to most of the tourist attractions.

Excellent location with secure parking. a delightful and helpful owner. Nicely appointed room. Large bath. Ocean view and huge terrace.

While it does face the ocean, it also faces a number of pools that look like sewage holding ponds. Make sure you have good directions. Our GPS kept depositing us on a one-way street 500m away.

The location was a perfect location for reaching Omaha, Juno and Hold D-Day beaches and Florence was so kind and helpful! The grounds were very pretty also.

Access up and down several sets of steps was hard for me but the staff helped with the bags!

The location is superb for trips to main Normandy Sites, just outside of Arromanche. Close to historic beach, restaurants nearby. Florence is a great host always willing to assist. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection. Plenty of parking spaces.

Room 3 although had a very good sea view, the bathroom was quite small, apart from that the rest was very good
