Great location, parking, dogs allowed.
Comfortable room. Very good restaurant. Friendly staff.
Nothing, it was great.

Really good interesting fish food in the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Staff friendly and helpful could not be faulted except one possible niggle and that there is no uniform so the staff dress as they please.
Staff need to be in some smart uniform.

We booked a sea view room and were allocated a small apartment with access to the beach,
The only problem we had was the noise levels from the other apartments in the block, people walking about upstairs was like having a herd of elephants, also door slamming late at night disturbed us frequently, we came home very tired

Location is excellent, literally on the beach, and very central to everything around. Room was modern and clean. We ate in the restaurant food was excellent and not overly expensive.
Would definitely stay here again.

The property was immediately on the promenade but quiet as main road a few hundred yards away. Beautiful view of sea.
The food was excellent. The whole place had been refurbished tastefully
Room warm with comfortable bed with a sea view. Modern bathroom.
WE had to carry suitcases through the restaurant ; ok when not at peak time!

Location fabulous. Great as a base to visit the Normandy beaches. Most staff very good
Evening set meal was the most we paid whilst we stayed in the village but was the least impressive. Expensive compared to others
Had to walk through restaurant to go to room

Excellent Hotel and restaurant ovelrlooking Juno beach. We stayed in one of the garden rooms (100 metres away) and it was perfect for our stay with good parking. We had asked for a twin room when we booked which they confirmed but on arrival we were asked if we had requested at time of booking.................I showed them our request and they sorted it and gave us a family room. The restaurant is very good with plenty of choice.

The main restaurant building is in a beautiful location and the food in the restaurant for our evening meal was wonderful. All staff we met were friendly.
The family rooms in the Cote Jardin annexe were small with no room for luggage for four people. There was no air conditioning and despite it being a relatively cool day and evening, the upstairs mezzanine in the bedroom was unbearably hot. For over £300 per night, we would expect more room for luggage, breakfast to have a wider selection; including hot options and a lift, getting our luggage to our room was extremely challenging.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. We had rooms with view to see, and it was magnificent. Breakfast was really good, with possibility to get different version of eggs on request.
Everything was as expected…

We booked a garden view and expected a ground floor room. The male receptionist was very brusque and sent us to accommodation 100 metres away. We had to go up a windy staircase (difficult with suitcases) and given a tiny room with a view of garages (no garden) from inside. There was a tiny balcony. If you looked over the edge, you could see a narrow strip of grass - presumably the garden! No flowers. The written instructions we were given told us to use the safe for our valuables. There was no safe and no air conditioning - not even a fan - and the temperature was over 30C. To top it all, on checking out, we found we had been charged for two days breakfasts when we had not asked for or eaten breakfasts at all during our stay. We were promised a refund and we are still waiting although we have been home a week.

It was clean and had free parking
It felt like their main priority was the restaurant - it isn’t a hotel. It is a restaurant with rooms and the diners come first.
We didn’t like that we had to walk through the restaurant to get to our bedroom. It was awkward for us and not fair on those paying to eat there too.
Our room was clean but very dated and no where near as stylish as the pictures they post online of the rooms. It was very basic and we didn’t feel the price matched the level of comfort

Great sea view which is the same as shown in album, both our room and the restaurant.
Spacious room that includes bedroom, small living room and double vanity bathroom. Also it's good to separate the toilet and bathroom.
Nice offering in the restaurant too, we're impressed by tasty mussel and oyster for dinner and self-served freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast.
Same as most hotels in France, there's no air condition neither fans in the room. It was cool in the night during our stay when there's no heat wave, slightly open the window is enough for air flow and cooling down.

Comfortable bed
Great shower
Plenty of storage
Car parking easy
Kettle was a welcome surprise in the room.
Great location for exploring some D Day museums and for the car ferry.
Check in was friendly and they spoke English.
We knew we’d booked the garden annex, so we expected to be away from the main hotel. We didn’t mind the single flight of stairs or not being in the main hotel. The annex has an unmanned reception and no bar or lounge for guests. It does have a chilled water dispenser. We’d have liked somewhere to get ice. The vending machine was out of order during our visit.
We didn’t try breakfast or the restaurant so can’t comment.
Rooms really do needs air con.
We would have liked a fridge.
Would have preferred a simple ‘do not disturb’ sign instead of having housekeeping knock at 9am, not hear us shout ‘no thanks’, they then enter the room and we asked them to leave both days. I’m sure the housekeeping team feel the same way to be fair.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant for our evening meal was excellent.
We weren’t told that the garden rooms were in another building across the road and some way from the main hotel on foot. This is not ideal if you have mobility issues, nor is the fact there is no lift. This should have been explained before booking. The carpark was not big enough to accommodate all guest’ cars. There is a separate breakfast area for guests.
The WiFi in the Côté Jardin had a very poor Wifi signal and kept dropping out. I did report this, but nothing was done.

The outside space.
It was only suitable for one night which was fine for us but for such a compact room with few facilities it was extremely expensive. We declined breakfast at 17euros pp.

Good breakfast. Variety of food to suit most people.
Problem in hotel was no lift to upper floors. Not easy carrying suitcases up stairs, especially for older people lime us.
Also could do with tea making facilities in room.

Clean, quiet and modern room. It was a good size too. Parking was right by entrance to building.
The room was in an annex and too far for us to walk to the main hotel, restaurant and beach. Breakfast was too expensive so we ate in a cafe, saving us 28 euros a day!

Beautiful facilities, wonderful welcoming staff. I cannot believe how lucky we got booking this place. We stayed in Cabana 2 which was a stand alone house. It was immaculate, modern and comfortable. I wish we had stayed longer.
Nothing to note for improvement. We are remodeling our home in Los Angeles starting soon. I am in love with the soaker tub, the towel warming rack, the faucets/shower controls, the automatic, black out shades, even the light switches. I took lots of pictures and hubby is scouring the internet so I can have the same finishes in my new master bath!

Excellent location on beach. Well placed for visiting the Landing Beachrs
It’s a bit spread out over several houses along sea front. Our room had a terrace facing sea but there was too much growing in front of view.

Beautiful views from the spacious room, safe parking right outside. The rooms are spread over several buildings that are not attached to the restaurant but they are close. Dog friendly. Excellent food in the restaurant.
The food was delicious but over salty for my taste. The breakfast was average, fresh fruit and more variety of cereal would be good.
