Awful. had to move hotels.

Hotel was a mess. Room was awful could not shut window. dead flies on the windowsill. Cobwebs all in the window. Mattress was stained and there was a piece of thin foam on top of the mattress to cover the mess.

Beautifully clean, was dubious due to some reviews. This was a suprise birthday weekend away and it exceeded expectations. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely receptionist on check in we were upgraded which was a bonus. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Free parking which was a great help, a few minutes walk to the beach and shops. Had no issues and will be definitely returning in the very near future.

Location was good, near restaurants. we asked for a deluxe bed and we viewed two rooms to choose from. Bed was comfy

Bed was very creaky. Bathroom was small but did the job. Loose toilet roll holder, one flush button not working, clump of hair fell out of folded towel. Blind string came off when trying to use blind. One socket wasn’t screwed in tight enough so was moving and unusable. Could have done with more cushions / pillows as there was no headboard. Room / furnishings felt a little outdated than shown in the pictures.

Comfortable stay.

Very comfy bed, clean bathroom, quiet. Facilities basic but ok for my needs on a short stay. Good location for the centre on a quiet road and not far from the sea and leisure activities.

Shelf needed in bathroom for putting your things somewhere. Room itself basic facilities looking a bit tired now and needing a refresh. Suitable for business people and short stay. The communal areas needed painted and refreshed and hoovered daily. It looked uncared for walking up the stairs and in the foyer. Being unmanned most of the time was a bit unusual so you couldn’t pop in reception and ask a question, though you could contact staff.

A comfortable, convenient stay.

The receptionist was very friendly & helpful. The bed was very comfortable & the room was very clean. No mini bar or extras.

We didn't like that there was no mini bar facility or access to an afternoon drink. No reception staff after a certain time or in the morning when we left.

I wouldn't return.

The room was only tidied once during our 4 day stay and that was only because I asked. They just made the bed, they didn't hoover or clean the cups etc. Shoddy service. The room was also small and dark for the deluxe double, I would have expected something bigger and brighter for the price we paid. The place was pretty empty too. As others have mentioned, this is not a hotel but rooms being rented out. Only saw staff on 2 occasions, the place was unmanned most of the time.

Convenient for town and beach and free parking, which is rare in Bournemouth. The water pressure is amazing.

My room was an attic conversion, it was very claustrophobic, especially with the dark navy paint and sloping ceilings. It was also way too hot up there with only a tiny window. No window in the teeny bathroom. Shower door wouldn't close in my child's room, bathroom was even smaller in there.

Unfortunately there is building work going on opposite and we were woken up 2 mornings at 6am with workers doing light work and then at 8 very noisy We left and didnt stay out final night so we could get some sleep

Location was good, close to amenities. Parking included. Nice to have some air con, even if it didn't work very well!

Very tired and in need of a refurb. Broken lights, grubby carpets, broken ironing board, really uncomfortable bed, very small space, scaffolding up outside that we weren't warned about and building work across the road that was disturbing and compromised privacy - especially in the bathroom!

Decent Location, But Rooms and Facilities Could Be Better

The property is well situated - it's both within walking distance of the beach and the city centre, which is great.

The rooms are rather small and the lighting isn’t great. There’s some construction happening nearby, with workers around who tend to work right by your windows. I actually had to ask them to move on as I felt my privacy was being compromised. The car park is pretty limited too, and by the time I collected my car, it was completely covered in dirt due to the trees and ongoing construction.

Room was very cramped. Bed cover too heavy for this time of the year. Room generally a bit scruffy paintwork wise. Scaffolding outside bedroom and bathroom windows so men could see when showering if curtains or bathroom window wasn't closed or curtain drawn!

Mix up with rooms - on check in another guest was already checked into my room, an unwelcome surprise on both parts at 11pm. It made me question the security of the property when all key cards are locked together within a key safe..

Close to centre and beach. Comfortable bed.

Minute bathroom, hard to manoeuvre in there, parking very complicated especially due to scaffolding. Very small tv. No staff on site other than for checking in (lady was nice) so good luck if you can’t get out of parking or if you have another issue as no one picks up the phone. Funny smell throughout, assume that carpets laid everywhere and humidity don’t help.

Ideal!

Perfect overnight stay. Clean and modern with details such as blackout blinds, immaculate bathroom and a good mirror next to power plugs.

Missed a friendly personal welcome when we arrived and departed but that’s an expectation when it’s serviced accommodation. The view from room 6 window at the back was a bit sad with an untidy garden & lacklustre view but fine for 1 night and possibly avoided the noise of building work at the front.
