Had a lovely stay, could see the sea, would loved to have been a little higher up, happy with room

Absolutely spotless, lovely big shower, lovely room, very quiet, lovely big wardrobes

Would have loved to have a cooked breakfast, lovely dinning space could be made lovely to dine in. bed a little too soft just personal choice. Would love the loo in with the shower again personal choice and a little hard getting to the loo passing by the bed.

Great venue for the BICC and general access to town centre. - Lovely staff...

We had a sea room and a view of the pier. Location to the BICC is excellent as just round the corner. The hotel is not luxurious but neither is the cost. Room was spartan but functional and comfy. The staff are really friendly and a pleasure to chat too. The bar is excellent with a huge TV to watch with a great view over the sea as does the comfortable lounge.

A few more human nice touches would make the place more 'warmer' to stay.

Exceptional stay!

We stayed for one night to attend a concert nearby, and it couldn’t have been better. The room was spotless and perfectly sized, with a beautiful sea view that made our short stay feel special. The bed was super cozy and comfortable — exactly what we needed after a long evening out. The room was nicely heated too, which was great considering the cold weather. Everything felt well thought out and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Perfect stay, great location, wonderful staff.

I had a wonderful room with a proper seaview through a massive bay window. It's ideally located just a couple of minutes' walk from the BIC. Staff are wonderful and helpful and can't do enough for you.

I would have preferred a cooked breakfast as there had been in 2019 when I stayed there before but the contintental breakfast was plentiful and I'd stay again.

It’s a lovely hotel and only 200 metres from the conference centre but maybe a bit pricey

No breakfast was advertised but a continental one was provided with a good choice of options. The view from the room was spectacular and the room was the largest I have experienced with toilet and shower in two separate rooms adjoining

I had several problems with the TV but staff were very attentive in resolving them. One night had a noisy person in an adjoining room talking loudly until 4am

Perfect stay!

The staff was very helpful and friendly! Our room was ready early, so were able to check in upon arrival. The room had sea views and was lovely. Also at check out we were able to leave our bags with reception until our train back in the late afternoon.

Charming little hotel

I loved the decor had a Victorian feel nice really nice the bed was really comfortable I really enjoyed the staff they were nice and friendly I just wish I had got up earlier to try the breakfast the bed was so nice I really didn't feel like getting up 😁😁 I want to say I had no Expectations going with the flow was the best feeling ever 😁

I felt uneasy having to ring the bell to get someone to let me in also I didn't close the bathroom door the outside and inside knob doesn't turn a bit concerned getting locked in when using the bathroom as a single room. Health and safety issue possible also maybe when booking the hotel the walk on the way to the hotel is really steep I loved it tho I am a keen walker

Lovely hotel, great location with fantastic staff.

The manager of the hotel is very helpful and informative. There is plenty of secure free parking which is hard to find in Bournemouth. The Breakfast was lovely. We will definitely be returning and highly recommended this hotel.

Functional

The location was great, the view from the bedroom was stunning and a massive car park.

There was no outside door key provided, so you had to ring the bell to get in. It worked but left you concerned about getting back in. Whilst we did not book food, they provided a continental style breakfast, which was somewhat quirky, but as we did not pay for it, maybe I shouldn't complain. There was no other food available, and the local restaurants and food were poor. It really was a great location and comfortable but can only be considered as a base rather than somewhere to spend your free time

Very convenient location near the beach, excellent to have access to the private car park as would have been impossible otherwise! Nice bar terrace overlooking the sea. Friendly staff.

Ideal for BIC

We went to the BIC and it was an ideal location for that. 3 minutes walk up the hill ! Yes the hotel is a little tired but it was spotlessly clean, fantastic location and so quiet at night, we never heard a thing. Ideal car park too. Dave was a super host and we had an exceptionally nice breakfast the next morning. Thank you Dave !

- Location with sea view amazing on the hell - Close to my conference hall - Room space is massive - Bathroom tub is amazing with plenty of towels for one person - Bed if so comfy and has enough pillows - Hotel manager is quite friendly and supportive

- Breakfast is just basic no much options - No ironing machine in the room - No fridge in the room to store any food you bring from outside

Clean, good location. I didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. The bed was comfortable. The room was basic but what I needed. It was a nice quiet place to stay.

A front door key would have been good although it was explained to me why they weren't given out.
