Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.
The stay was very pleasant and peaceful. The staff were kind and helpful, the room price was reasonable, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of food. The pool was nice, and the location is great, close to a beautiful beach access – perfect for walks.
However, we did not get a room with a bathtub as requested, which would have made bathing our one-year-old easier. It was disappointing that the jacuzzi was under renovation and this was not mentioned in the listing. The room could use some renovation – the windows should be replaced and the bedside lamps were cracked and worn.

Nice staff but awful noise issues and dated
Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately there were major issues elsewhere. See comments below.
There was an event on with extremely loud music, we stayed on a Saturday. We were informed of this an hour before we arrived and were given a room which was supposed to be much quieter than the one originally assigned. I cannot imagine how bad it would have been in the original room as it felt like we were attending a disco. Incredibly loud music with bass beats until midnight. My kids, wife and I could not sleep. Entire next day ruined as we were like zombies. Staff apologised but no offer of compensation and we were advised to check with the hotel next time before booking. We will not be returning. Swimming pool was clean but cold. The hot tub/jacuzzi is not functional and is essentially a curtained off building site. No mention of this at booking or checkin. The hotel was clean but dated, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable and cheap. Just not good enough in 2026.

Good stay for the price
The bedroom was clean and comfortable, the pool was quite nice and there was a gym and a games room with drawings for the kids as well.
The jacuzzi was not open as it was going through renovation

Fabulous hospitality
Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. We were made to feel super welcome. Wonderful check in experience with a room upgrade. Super comfy beds and pillows. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and breakfast in the morning with a window table and white linen table cloths with fantastic food and service was also excellent. Such a lovely atmosphere created by the hotel staff who really care about their guests. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.
