Excellent breakfast, very clean.
A little noisy at times. Due to fire doors, a lot of banging when closing, sqeaky floor boards

Lovely balcony with view of the sea. Good space to sit or feed my dog. Friendly staff. Good proper tea bags and a kettle were very welcome. Hotel is perfect for the dog friendly beaches.
The pressure of the shower was rather feeble and maybe the bathroom could be updated. But it was all very clean.

The property was close to the beach , with 2 kids we were able to walk with ease to the beach and back. Also they had a parking which was free for the time I stayed there.
The rooms are a little old but they were clean.
