Very close to Kuta Beach which is a beautiful beach with pretty sunsets. The staff was very kind and helpful, and upgraded us to a pool view room. The breakfast options were great too. Good value for money.

Comfort staying for short business trip

The staff was fast and responsive to any requests, taking feedback with full attention. We can feel hospitality in every corner of the hotel.

The wastafel (washbasin) in the bathroom was constructively functional, but a bit inconvenient for the user (I think), as when you do face cleansing the water just spilled everywhere that might cause slippery.

The venue is right next to a rooster fighting complex and the roosters start to crow at 4am and dont stop till 7pm. The room service food was overpriced

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the staff at the breakfast were very attentive, polite, and customer service oriented. On my daughter's birthday, they decorated our room and served cake and sang a cute birthday song. The team always looks after us. The entire crew was very smily and service focused.

Overall, I liked everything. The Location was a bit inside and not many shops near the hotel. But that is also good in a way, it provides relaxation and peace from the hassle and buzz of the city. The Kuta beach is only a 20-minute walk, but the hotel also provides a free shuttle every day, dropping off only at 2 p.m., starting from the hotel.

Heartwarming Nights at Fairfield Kuta – Thanks to an Amazing Team!

We had such a wonderful time at Fairfield Kuta! We came back because of the incredible staff and the truly loving people who make this hotel feel alive. A special thank you to Ulan, Novi, Rose, and all the others (we’re so sorry we can’t remember every name) – you made our stay unforgettable. Your kindness, smiles, and attention to detail turned our holiday into something truly special. We can’t wait to return again – it was absolutely lovely!

Booked the premium room, only the set up made it less spacious than the regular room with 2 beds.

A Great Fairfield Hotel.

It was nice experience. Everything exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed the facilities like the swimming pool (they also have a small warm pool) and the gym. The breakfast was wonderful, including my one year old son had a great time enjoying it. The service was amazing. The associate was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality, especially for Ms. Novi and the FB Team, also to Ms. Rosie for hearing our thoughts. Very recommended for families. Definitely will be back again.

A few things to improve. First, the air conditioner was a bit leaking. It was not a big issue, only a little water dripping from it. Second, the swimming and the warm water pool had something sticking out on the floor. I think it was the water filter or something. I need to be careful for stepping on it. Perhaps they could consider the better cover for it. Third, no one greeted us when we arrived in the drop off area. At least they should assign a security to check any vehicles that were going in. Overall, it is still the best 4 star hotel experience we have ever had.

Amazing exprience

I had a wonderful exprience during my stay. Hotel room was well-maintained and comfortable. And staff is very helpful and treat us with smile.

Swimming pool closes at 8:00 AM. Pool is MVP of hotel, I suggest to let it open and let’s have a drink in swimming pool.

The pool facilities were nice enough and the gym small but clean. All staff were extremely friendly but some did struggle with basic service e.g following up on egg orders at breakfast. We did however appreciate the special food requests they were able to accommodate. Housekeeping was good. It was a nice touch that they tidied up my toiletries on the table.

The property is a little rundown with parts of the ceiling falling. It’s a huge hotel and the rooms are on the smaller side if you are booking a twin share. Breakfast was average/ok as it seemed to cater for one type of tourist from a specific country. The location is terrible. You need to book cars or a bike to get anywhere. You also cannot charge food and beverage to your room.

I want to share my awesome experience at this hotel. Staff makes this hotel as a five star experience . Very friendly and efficient staff. Very welcoming can’t remember everyone’s name, but each individual is outstanding in their role. Special mention to Rian at swimming pool bar and duty managers at the receptions are outstanding as well. Even the rooms were very clean and friendly housekeeping staff. Only one suggestion I have for kitchen Making breakfast, please change the menu every day or so. Because it could be boring If you stay for a week. Otherwise, overall experience outstanding. It was right next to Siloam Hospitals where I had undergone surgery. The staff were super friendly and service was very quick. The buffet breakfast was outstanding! They did a wonderful job with my laundry and the room service was delicious and arrived fast!

We stayed there with our 2 sons aged 17 and 23 and absolutely loved everything about the place!! From the rooms and the gym to the pool and the restaurant. Can't fault it. And the staff were sooo nice and always welcoming. Rooms had air-conditioning and so clean!! The buffet breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommended!!
