We didn’t get much time to stay. It was just a transit visit.

Super dirty and humid place!

We have arrived after 12 midnight in the hotel after a long flight. No one welcome us , the staff just gave us the keys of our rooms and a person showed us where we had to go. The smell of the room was awful , the feeling was super humid and the lack of cleaning obvious in every part of it! We just stayed as it was too late in the night and we had nowhere to go! I got sick after that! Honestly, you have to improve your facilities, cleaning, linens etc if you want to accommodate people on that place! I totally regret we’ve booked it and we had to sleep there!

A comfortable and convenient stay with welcoming staff and only minor areas for improvement.

It was a convenient and comfortable place to stay after a long flight. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist. Breakfast was generous and full of flavour, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep.

The gym was quite small and felt stuffy. Some of the in-room amenities could use better maintenance, as one of the bathroom cupboards was broken. However, these minor issues did not significantly affect our stay.

Short & sweet

The staff tried to be helpful. The hotel is large and plenty of parking in a good location for the leisure park close by. Good pool.

The breakfast was terrible, very poor quality food and the egg chef didn't have a clue . Not trained to even cook an egg! I think it is geared up for Asian market not western foods. It seems that the hotel was built some time ago and has had a quick coat of paint but is failing in finish a bit tired. Okay for a one night stay for the airport.

I was told on check out that couple days earlier there was a make up stain On the bed sheets and was charged a cleaning fees, didn’t see any stains or were informed previously, I think this is just getting extra bucks out of u when checking out

Breakfast/restaurant/beverages were incredible. Their staff were so beautiful and accommodating. The massage was amazing! Affordability was incredible for a single traveler. The pool, ponds, gardens were well cared for. Bathroom was very hygienic and they provided a toothbrush which actually saved my mouth because I forgot mine!

I can not fault B Hotel. It was more than just a place to sleep. It was glamourous.

versatile rich breakfast buffet , room comfort and cleanliness , spacious lobby and front yard etc.

NO AC at lobby and was sometimes really annoying hot, our rooms were too far from the BF Lobby and entrance, very narrow bath rooms, and no sufficient toiletries (like no face towels)

I loved the location, the options to have a smokers room, the staff were really nice also.

There seems to have been a lot of renovations going on, but it wasn’t anything major. Pool access should be 24/7, given that the hotel operates 24/7 staffed too.

This is a top notch 4star hotel, extremely devoted staff, clean and comfortable room, good food, we had not one problem. (We ususally don't stay in luxurious hotels so this was amazing for us, especially for a price that cheap.)

Overall, my stay was okay, but several service and facility issues left room for improvement.

It was affordable for a two week stay. Staff were generally nice. Pool is nice.

The location of the hotel is not ideal — it’s not easily walkable and only accessible by taxi or motorbike. Breakfast options were limited, and the rice served was undercooked. I reported this to reception, expecting it to be passed to management, but was simply told to speak to the restaurant staff, who didn’t seem to take the complaint seriously. The room corridors were humid and lacked carpeting, which gave a less comfortable feel compared to other good hotels. Near the reception, the desk meant for SPA service inquiries was completely unoccupied, so I had no idea how to book spa treatments or where the spa facilities were even located. There was no signage, no information, and no promotion of services — this needs serious improvement. A dedicated staff member should be assigned to handle spa bookings and assist guests. The lobby itself didnt have enough seating areas so I was forced to sit and the SPA information desk. The room was nice and clean but at some corners there seem to be some dirtiness on the floor and/or unfinished painting and the balcony door didn't close at all. The bathroom seemed small as the door when opened took significant space. Also, when I arrived with my luggage, there was no porter at the entrance, so I had to carry everything myself to the reception. Most of the staff were polite, but they could improve their communication skills and be more proactive in helping guests resolve issues.

Good stay with extremely hosting staff

- extremely kind hotel staff, - easy to get to the centre (only by scooter Grab or Gojek) - I don't recommend travelling by car because of long every day traffic (it is a waste of time).

- little variety of vegetable & fruit during BB, - we both got dirty sheets so I recommend to make a strict control, - the pool was hidden in the shadow almost all day.

It's an ok option, but it doesn't match the photos or expectations.

Easy to find, park by car. Nice breakfast and reception area, with cute traditional shop. Beds and pillows are nice.

The bathroom smells like sewage. The tiling is nice but the doors are bad quality and falling apart. Generally it needs painting the whole building. The photos are better than the reality.
