A bit disappointed

It was good. The shower was a bit dirty. Fridge didn’t work at first.

They wouldn’t even resolve a partial refund request. Directed me to booking.com and then booking.com told me to go to Ramada and then Ramada told me to go to booking.com

Disappointing

The rooftop pool was nice and the lobby of the hotel is also very nice and clean.

The air conditioning broke at 2am and was leaking water all over the floor and into our luggage. Was woken up multiple times from 10pm-5am from loud noise and talking in the corridor. Initially booked in for the Gym and pool however it was closed while we stayed and there was no prior notice that that would be the case.

Very little other than friendly staff.

This hotel was genuinely awful! No way is it 4*! The rooms were dirty, with broken floor tiles, mould and multiple cracked and broken surfaces. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. The bed sheets were dirty. There was no space in the room at all to even open up a suitcase- it was tiny! The location is on the busiest road ever- it takes at least 5-10 minute's of stand still traffic just to get out of the hotel. The room was SO noisy.

I am a returnee who will no longer stay at this property

The staff

The pool was dirty and unusable both the roof top and level 1, the bar was closed. The construction ment the breakfast area was moved, location was awful. Our air con leaked on the floor. The staff were lovely and kind. The rooms are run down, the gym floor was completely uneven and dangerous, only 1 aircon worked and with the heat, it was difficult to use. Unfortunately it is outdated.

Worst experience ever, not worth the money.

The breakfast buffet

Not clean, no proper service. Worst experience ever. First thing on a morning we complained about toilet not working at 7 am, they came back at 8:30 and fixed by 11:30 am. Our whole day plan was ruined. When we called reception for alternative as we couldn’t wait for that long to go to toilet, they disconnected the call on us. The staff doesn’t know basic English, if they don’t understand what we ask they just disconnect the call on you. To compensate for the loss of our day they started their offer with juice, then pizza ;(.

Nice rooftop pool, great location with good food choices about the area. Hotel rooms were clean.

Very noisy hotel that takes in school trips, WiFi was a little bit slow. Breakfast was really expensive.Room was smaller than expected, especially the bathroom. You need to close the bathroom door in order to get into the shower, very squished

Hard water was the biggest disappointment!

Room, Location, Facilities, Gym, Staff so good for a hotel. Staff service was quick.

1. Free drinking water was not delicious so we went and bought water from outside. 2. Tap water for shower n mouth wash was hard water and was a big disappointment as every morning after brushing, I had to use rinse as my mouth had a bad taste of water. 3. Noisy as you could here people's chatter outside most of the time walking pass by your room here not very private. 4. Level 1 pool more like a pond and never seen anyone using that as looked bit rundown. Because of the hard water, I will not prefer to stay here again. Rest issues are manageable.

The 500,000 idr deal very confusing. Confirmation said in 6th out 7th then on arrival find out an extra 200,000 idr if more than 8 hours. Very confusing.
