Friendly staff, great location, good air conditioning, good bed

Dirty floors that I needed to clean myself, shower was a bit so so as the whole bathroom. Safety box can only fit a wallet, not laptop.

Toilets were dirty and there was smell in rooms. Towel are also not that clean Hotel lobby is not AC Not much vegetarian food option in breakfast No water bottle provided

Think wisely before you decide to stay at this hotel

This is not my 1st travel tol Bali. I've been to Bali for almost 10 years now and always stay at different hotel. From luxury, mid range to budget. This time i decided to stay at Atanaya. Stayed here for 2 night before catch a flight for international departure. This is old hotel. Hotel is just okay for me. Don't not have high expectation staying at this hotel. Swimming pool on the roof top. 21 m length. Good for relax. Staff were nice and friendly. Cabin clean and prepared nicely. Guest can buy needed from the nearest mart. Walking distance. 100 m away from hotel. Kuta beach just 1.9km away.

Breakfast was terrible. The restaurant environment was outdated. Food was really bad. Spaghetti aglio was not properly cook. The spaghetti was really hard and no taste at all. The only dish I like to eat is just a steam banana and the yam. Wifi is horrible. I can't get connected to the hotel wifi and was using my own data to surf. I hope the management can improve the standard of this hotel. Guest are paid to stay. Not free.

Good value for money, great pool, but a bit noisy

The roof-top pool was amazing, the staff was welcoming. Good value for money

The air conditioning was so loud, so I wasn't able to sleep having it on (so the room became too hot at night). The bathroom needs renovation, the water was leaking and it was a bit smelly. Around 7 am we could hear workers' walkie-talkies super loudly, which didn't allow us to get a proper sleep.

Location

The hotel room have many insects and housekeeping use medicine which was very strong smell in the room . The room was very noisy we couldn’t sleep , we changed the room twice, noise come from street , noise come from hotel guests until late night , noise come from hotel music in the corridor since morning until the night which is the first time i see in any hotel , normally the music only in looby or restaurant. I will never stay in this hotel again even they offer free stay. This hotel have many groups from schools thats why very noisy .
