Fantastic Location: Unbeatable spot just a 3-minute walk from the central station, making travel incredibly easy.
Great Layout & Space: Very spacious apartment with a great setup—including a kitchen, a big main bathroom, and a highly convenient second smaller toilet.
Fully Equipped: Comes with all the essentials like a washing machine, fridge, microwave, and stove.
Top-Floor Access: Located on the 6th floor, but thankfully has a reliable elevator.
Excellent Host: The host was wonderfully helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
Cleanliness: While the beds were perfectly clean, the floors overall definitely could have been cleaner.
Cooling: There are only ceiling fans. It was manageable (ish) during our stay at 33°C, but if Bologna gets any hotter, the lack of true air conditioning will be a real issue for many people.
Amenities: There is no proper coffee machine—only a traditional Italian moka pot, which works fine for some but might disappoint others looking for a quick brew.

Doesnt have A/C and these days were like hell because the heat.
