Best accommodation we had in Italy.

This was a great accommodation to stay with an amazing central location along one of the main shopping strips. Readily accessible to tourist activities and lots of restaurant options. Host was more than accommodating, very nice to deal with. Rooms were clean. We stayed for 5 nights and although an apartment, were offered towel changes half way through. Bonus was the washing machine which we did not expect. Large fridge available and cooking facilities. Also provides small cooking supplies, including oil, milk, butter etc. Also had a lift, which is important with all those stairs!

A saucepan would have been nice in the kitchen. It's the only thing we could have needed.

The property is difficult to accomodate 4 adults. Its great however for a couple or couple with kids.

A great appartment

The appartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Location is great, 15 minutes to the train station and close to the historical center of Bologna. There was a technical glitch in enterying the appartment but it was properly addressed. The appartment was very quiet.

The location is absolutely perfect.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this apartment in Bologna. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the city, on a lively shopping street, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful inside. The host was very responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. The room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the little treats provided in the room – such a thoughtful touch! The bed was also very cozy. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Accommodation in Bolognia is generally expensive for what it offers. I will try hotel next time

Location is perfect. There is a nice small lift, so you do not need to drag your suitcases upstairs. Very very clean. Also the bathroom was very spacious in our apartment. The regular bed is comfortable. Our room could accommodate max 2 persons, unfortunately booking is offering it for 3😬

The room is very small, definitely not suitable for 3 persons. The "sofa bed" is very bad and falls apart during sleep, therefore should not be recommended for sleeping at all.

Excellent location, apartment was nicely decorated, clean and fully equipped. Host was nice, attentive and polite.

Beds were uncomfortable, foam mattress that sinks down from extensive use. An upgrade to a higher quality mattress would really make a difference.

I loved the location! Right in the middle of all the great shopping and restaurants. The apartment was small but very clean, modern and comfortable. It was perfect for 3 of us.

It was a little tricky to find but the host left excellent directions. Without them it would’ve been tough.

Excellent location - would recommend and stay again!

Amazing location, appreciated the bottled water in the fridge and a nice touch to have little pastries/snacks in the kitchen. Very charming to have a balcony and it was quiet. Walking distance from Bologna Centrale train station (approx 12 mins). Before check-in and after check-out, we used 'kipoint' (luggage storage service) at the train station

The air conditioning worked, but was pointed more towards the living space than the bed, so it wasn't as cool as we would have liked when we went to sleep. However, I understand that we are more reliant on A/C in North America than in Europe. It was still a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

Bed bedding pillow, very uncomfortable, the room we got without a balcony , the sofa bed Just right next to the fridge in the tiny kitchen area . We booked this place because of the picture on booking.com . Not explained clearly which room we will get., Have washing machine hangers but no where you can hang the clothes outside.

The floor towel was not changed and the shower didn’t seem to be cleaned when the housekeeper came.

Mediocre and very slow communication

Easy check-in and good location of the apartment. Apartment was clean. Bathroom was spacious. It was very hot in Bologna during our stay, so the air-co was much appreciated. The elevator also comes in handy for visitors with suitcases.

The apartments are not clearly described on booking's website. It is stated that the property has balconies but that's not the case for all apartments. Furthermore, they state there's parking but that's not actually the case. There is a paid parking spot a couple minute walk from the location, which is unpleasant to not know in advance, especially when you're coming with suitcases. The host was very slow with communication. He refused to call, insisted only on writing. We had a couple of questions, which were not answered and we received the check-in instructions only late in the evening before arrival. Overall, I found this place overpriced and not exactly as I imagined based on photos and previous reviews.

The location of this property is within walking distance to the center of town. It is close to restaurants, shops, and the central train station. The beds are comfortable and the balcony is lovely.
