Worst experience ever in an apartment

location

I've never been in such an awful and bad flat. Broken door, dirt all around the flat, terrible smell, unconfortable and very cheap bed. Very disappointed from the service: I called several times because I had a problem and I wanted to ask for a little earlier check-in (30 minutes) and they never answered the phone. Highly un-recommended apartment.

A kettle and toaster for guests can make hot drinks and breakfast would be a nice addition. The bed mattress was also quite thin.

Nice place to stay in Bologna

The apartment is well located, near you can find different shops, coffee shops or bars. It's 10 min walk from the city center and 15 minutes from Bologna Centrale. It is a spatious apartment with all needed facilities - clean and new. It's a choice you won't regret.

The check-in can be made only after 3PM, from a place near the building - 5 minutes walk. It would be helpful if the guest is announced earlier that the apartment can be used, especially if it is empty (no guest before).

The apartment was ok (central and clean) but left the impression that whoever is responsible, does not care.

the location is very central, it was clean.

The facilities were underwhelming, the beds were loud and uncomfortable, there were very few amenities, no way to even heat water or dry your hair. Some light bulbs were missing and when the couch was opened (we were a group of 4), it was difficult to move around the apartment. They do notify you that the check in is in a different location, but it’s something to keep in mind when getting transport to the location.

no reception area, no one to help a guest in the building. no instructions on anything, no toiletries, no kettle, nothing warm about the apartment- not even even an artwork, no one to talk to if one is stuck. light outside the apartment was not working. no explanation about how the stove works. sent messages and the lady would respond like 3 hours later. sent messages to the property prior to arriving to ask if the toiletries etc was included but she never responded as money was already put through my cc booking.com Overall the customer service was very very poor. In fact she told my secretary this is Italy not Afghanistan: why are you asking so many questions. If a traveler and a guest gets all the info, there would be no need to ask all these questions.

the Apartment is very big, with a small kitchen with all you need for a few days accomodation. a lot of shops are nearly the Apartment. plenty of storage. a large fridge can be usefull.

the Apartment was not very Clean. the towels and bedsheets was dirty with a lot of Hair. is locatar On a busy street. Apartment is not noise proof. you can hear every single noise from the street and building. the bed is too Soft. the showerhead was broke, but in use. the key from the building door dosen’t work properly.

The location was amasing, its some where beteeen the Bologna central station and city centre and you have all you need around

The bed was uncomfortable and we stayed with out internet conection one untill the next day they send us the Wifi password, inside the appartment you dont have any instruction paper, and on checkout some one must show up for inspection which is rude in my opinion.. and you have check out 10:00 exactly.

Good appartment which I can recommend

Nice appartment with a lot of space and a good view at the street. Not far from the train station and the city center.

Some repairs could be done and some pieces could be replaced as they are missing. There are two different locations which you find in the description and where you are supposed to pick up the key. Google maps did not know them. This is a bit confusing. Unfortunately I did not get an answer when I contacted the host for the correct address. By chance I found it anyway. It would be easier if there was a link in the email that is sent by the host.

They just want the money. They don't care about you, your safety nor your comfort.

The location maybe

A horribly obnoxious young woman kept me waiting at the bar below the apartment, for over an hour while I waited with my luggage to check in. I arrived about an hour or so outside when I indicated (5pm or so). She was running late, but was only messaging me via the booking.com app, to avoid calling my phone for update (yes, I had a UK number, but they're running a business and charging 100 euros a night). Finally she arrived, but refused to check me in because the other guest whose flight was delayed needed to be there, according to her. This was simply because, in her words, she did not want to have to do the job twice (for later when the other guest arrives). I ended up booking and staying elsewhere that night and she did not offer one word of apology to me. I'D SAY AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!

Pleasant stay in the City of Arcades

Location was good - close to center and railway station - , it's a modern, new apartment equipped with necessary facilities. Our short stay in Bologna was pleasant in this apartment.

It was a bit noisy as it is close to a main road.

Check-in was painful, but after that the apartment itself was exactly as advertised and good value for money. Please note the additional information below which was provided AFTER booking and paying, and no-one was there at 3pm for check-in either. Instead of an apology for no-one being there on time, I was told it was my fault for not providing longer notice of arrival. Note also that communicating your expected arrival time when making your booking via booking.com apparently doesn't count. I'd happily stay there for a longer visit to Bologna, but it wasn't worth the stuffing around for a single night. 1) The structure is a guest house, therefore, it does not have a reception and luggage storage 2) Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 it is not possible to arrive before 15:00 3) It is not possible to check-in after 22:00 4) Communicate your arrival time in advance 5) Upon arrival, contact the telephone number you will find in the booking and to which you can ask for information via what's app or by calling starting at 15:00 6) At check in you will be required to pay the tourist tax (not included in the cost of the booking) and an identity document

Good location; easy key collection

Bathroom was poorly cleaned, and while the small print of the property advert does say there's no wifi, for this price you'd expect wifi to be a given. Furthermore, there were building works on the adjacent property, with loud banging and scraping on the bedroom's joining wall from 7.30am, making it impossible to sleep. Attentive hoteliers would presumably know this but it was of course mentioned no-where.

Really spacious place, very well placed, less than 10 minutes away from Bologna Centrale. The host, Francesca, was really helpful and provided all the info we needed.
