Spacious and welcoming apartment in the historic centre of Bologna.
The flat is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift, in a very convenient position close to the city's main attractions. The entrance opens onto the living area, comprising a dining room, a lounge with double sofa bed and TV, and a kitchen with a classic style and equipped with all comforts. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds.
A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
*The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Bologna, known as the Learned city being the seat of the oldest University in the West, the Fat city for its gastronomic and wine excellences and the Red city for the colour that characterises the historic centre, is a marvellous city of art, culture and commerce. It is impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its gastronomic and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, Bolognese ragù accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Spacious apartment needs updating. The bathroom counters are cracked and shabby. The dishwasher should go and a clothes washing machine installed. No visitor comes to Bologna to cook!
