Beautiful apartment with a mezzanine, with an industrial and sophisticated style, perfect for those who on vacation do not give up comfort.
The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator, located in an area of the historic center close to the main attractions of Bologna.
The entrance opens directly onto the large open space characterized by a wooden parquet floor and a ceiling with exposed beams that make the room warm and welcoming. Here there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a living area with sofa, TV and fireplace. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. In the living room there is a staircase leading to the mezzanine where a double sofa bed is located. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills!
