Good location, just what we needed.

Good location, spacious, clean and basic utilities

It smelled really badly of stale cigarettes - very strong and we had to open the windows. When we got home our clothes smelled. Also they wanted a massive deposit for a weekend stay.

Useful apartment if you want to visit the town, the surroundings and also some neighboring cities

The position of the property was very accessible from the main railway station (15 min walk) and the central area was also very accessible (20-25 min walk). The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen had all necessary tools. The personnel of the host was very kind.

The apartment was placed on the first level over basement, with windows to the main street inside the arcades. For this reason the apartment was very noisy and, unfortunately, the arcades amplify the noise. Some equipment was old and the functionality was not perfect. Also, the apartment was not very clean, but fortunately was acceptable and they head some cleaning tools you may use if necessary.

Excellent Stay with Top-notch Service

The experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The apartment's location is ideal, close to the train and bus stations, as well as restaurants, grocery stores, and the city center. The apartment itself is spacious and airy and the fact that the bedroom had two separate beds was a real bonus for us, as it was ideal for the kids. The abundance of kitchenware, pots, and pans made our cooking experience hassle-free. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The friendly staff warmly greeted us upon arrival, making us feel welcome and at ease. A big thank you to the UR-NEST team for their exceptional hospitality, they were very helpful and accessible, ready to assist with any inquiries or concerns we had. I highly recommend this apartment and I will certainly consider staying at another UR-NEST location in the future.

I really liked the location. close to the train station which suited us extremely since we traveled to other cities as well during our stay

one thing that needed to be communicated was that residents need to have with them a credit/debit card to cover for potential damages as an insurance. there was some misunderstanding with the staff about it since we weren’t aware beforehand but after some clarifications we were able to come into an agreement with the staff and fulfil all the arrangements in order. there were also some minor things like lack of shampoos (only 1 small one was provided for 4 people) but we didn’t mind because we had brought our own.

Good

The apartment was nice & clean. However, TV was extremely small and there was no coffee maker and amenities were very few. For 190€ per night I would expect more.

The stuff was ok but on the day of our check out a very unpleasant incident happened. We had to leave the apt at 6 o clock in the morning and unfortunately we forgot a back pack inside. Since we had to leave the keys in the apt, we had no way to get it. We try to get in contact with the stuff but nobody answered. Finally at 7.30 one of them answered and I asked him to come and unlock the door. He was really rude because I waked him up. I told him that they must have an emergency number. Anyway he came after half an hour, he was really rude, he told me that this is not a Hotel and he demanded to pay him 40€ for bringing him there. Meanwhile we had missed our flight. I told him that this is part of his job. Personally I think that this kind of people should not work in Hospitality business.

Exceptional

The location is excellent, easy walks to train and Pizza Maggiore. We were on the third floor, but the elevator made it good. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, but our host took care of them quickly; he accessed the people who fixed the problems. The apartment was great for a longer stay. I recommend the apartment and would not hesitate staying in another Unrest location in the future.

A very nice apartment in the heart of Bologna

The location of the apartment was really good and our hosts have been adorable and available during the whole stay. It was also very spacious and the beds were confortable. Perfect for up to 4 people.

More tableware would have been appreciated. We were four in the apartment but we didn't have enough dishes for more than a meal. Also, some equipment in the apartment was not working correctly: air conditioning (fixed while we were here), toilet flush (the little button was not working, only the bigger one) and washing machine (main button almost broken). The hosts have been informed, so this should be fixed anytime soon.

The bathroom did not have any hooks or a stool to place your things on. The towels were very poor quality and don't properly dry your skin, they just leave lint on you. The four of us were given only two dish washing tablets for 4 days. The walls need to be refreshed. There was dust in various places in the room including the towel rail in the bathroom.

Very good

The overall size of the apartment along with the balcony and facilities, as well as a good sized bathroom, were all great. The staff were very pleasant and polite to deal with. The bedroom was surprisingly big with the addition of high ceilings and plenty of storage space for clothes with two sets of drawers and two large wardrobes. The apartment is bright and airy and feels like a home away from home.

Linda estadía

Ubicación excelente. Fabio nos recibió muy bien y siempre estuvo atento y disponible para lo que necesitábamos. Muy cómodo para estancia larga (solo si son dos personas). Cocina completa.

Para estancias largas hay que controlarse con el uso del aire acondicionado, (porque te cobran si te excedes) y si hace mucho calor es muy dificil no prenderlo porque se genera mucho tufo dentro, si bien no nos excedimos, agregaría un ventilador para tener una estancia agradable y fresca, y tener la posibilidad de economizar. El vecino de arriba hacía muchiiiisimo ruido, arrastrando muebles, corriendo, saltando. Así todos los días.

Dobrze wyposażony apartemant blisko dworca kolejowego, polecamy!

Świetna lokalizacja, do dworca ok. 15 minut na pieszo (średnim krokiem). Wygodny apartament dla maksymalnie 4 osób (2 łóżka pojedyncze i 1 rozkładana sofa). Dobrze wyposażona i czysta kuchnia, dużo talerzy, sztućców, toster, kawiarka włoska, duża lodówka i zamrażalnik. Bardzo sympatyczny pracownik Fabio, który omówił w dniu przyjazdu całe mieszkanie. Podpisana została umowa najmu, przy pobytach dłuższych niż 21 dni dodatkowo płatny prąd za ewentualne nadmierne użycie. Apartament na 4. piętrze, ale jest winda;-)

Zamrażalnik - pełen lodu - zalecam czyszczenie. Pościel na sofie nie miała poszewki - była zakryta od góry i dołu 2 prześcieradłami, co oznaczało, że w rzeczywistości spało się pod samą kołdrą. Hałas od ulicy, ale można zamknąć okno i rolety (tedy cicho). Klimatyzacja nie działała - można było tylko włączyć ogrzewanie, ale nie można było zmniejszyć temperatury w dzień. Samodzielne wyrzucanie śmieci z kartą dostępu do śmietnika (ok. 100 metrów od budynku po drugiej stronie ulicy). Kaucja na poczet ewentualnych szkód 300 eur pobrana w gotówce, ale nie została oddana w dniu wykwaterowania (jakieś trudności w dostępie do gotówki przez zarządzającego obiektem), ale przelewem po 2 dniach. Prysznic wymaga odnowienia, ciekła woda z nieszczelnej kabiny na podłogę (był mop).

Preis gerechtfertigt?

Sehr gute Lage! Vieles lässt sich zu Fuß erreichen...Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars, Bahnhof und somit der Flughafen. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich aber in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen sollten gewechselt werden. Das Bett knarzt extrem laut. Und entsorgt bitte die Handtücher! Das ganze Gebäude (Mehrfamilienhaus in dem einige Wohnungen durch Urnest genutzt werden) ist sehr hellhörig. Somit stört im Schlafzimmer an der Straße ständig der Straßenlärm, auch nachts. Die Nachbarschaft (Dauerbewohner) ist gleichfalls laut und das zu den wildesten Uhrzeiten. Weitere Gäste in benachbarten Urnest-Apartments wissen sich offensichtlich nicht zu benehmen. Ansprechpartner sind lediglich zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten erreichbar. Zukünftig wird nur mit Rezeption gebucht. Meine Ankunftszeit hatte sich um 2,5 Stunden nach vorne verschoben. Leider war die sog. Service- und Notfall-Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar und umgeleitet auf Band. Besonders dreist: Der Mitarbeiter war während der Zeit im Gebäude und hätte mich hereinlassen können. Die Wohnungsübergabe hat ganze 10 Minuten gedauert.
