Decorialab Apartments

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. The location is excellent — the Old Town is within walking distance, the train station is nearby, and there are bus stops right next to the property, making it very convenient to get around. The apartment itself is fantastic and has everything you might need for a short vacation. It is equipped with a kitchenette, all the essential cooking utensils, a refrigerator, and even a washing machine, which made our stay very comfortable. The host is extremely kind and helpful. If you need any assistance, she is always ready to help and responds quickly.

Location is convenient. It was nice to have separate bedroom. Overall it was cleaned well. Although we didn’t use it there was a laundry machine which is handy for longer stays. Claudia was friendly and patient with us, thanks.

The decoration and furniture is quite eclectic and a bit dated (glass table, type of fixtures). It lacks atmosphere due to the use of very bright light bulbs. In terms of coziness is quite ‘functional’

Almost an ideal apartment, spacious, comfortable well equipped (Incuding a washing machine) and at the rear of the building overlooking courtyard (so quiet). Nice artistic touches to decor Host let me leave my bag in vestibule after checkout time and provided a key to let me pick it up.

Pillows a bit hard. If you wanted to watch TV smallish screen (in bedroom) might seem a disadvantage. But given the quality of most Italian TV programmes you might consider that a mercy. 15 minutes walk from centre gets your steps in.

The owner was really very nice and let us drop our bags before the check-in time. The apartment was very warm and well-located. It faces a nice backyard so it's not noisy.

Unfortunately we felt like the house wasn't very clean (there was dust on the walls, pipes, baseboards, crumbs on the fridge, the shower curtain was dirty, etc..). The towels were washed but didn't have a pleasant smell and were very worn. The whole place was a bit run-down and neglected, e.g. the headboard's fake leather is peeling. Overall, it needs a renovation and deep cleaning. It's not the owner's fault, but the neighbours on the other apartment were smoking and we smelled it from our room. The internet was spotty.
