Comfort In the Heart of Bologna

Laura, who gave us the keys, was excellent communicator, accommodated a special request we had, gave us some local tips. We felt taken care of, like welcome guests. The condo was very spacious, super clean, and a great location near the train station and walking distance to all attractions. It was hot outside, and the air conditioning was great.

There was construction on the street in front of the condo... but that's not the condo's fault (we were there June 2026) and did not prevent us from doing anything. It was just an eye sore when looking out the beautiful doors.

Space, bed, 2 bathrooms,

The host Laura was very helpful and when we arrived before the check in time and the cleaners were still there she let us put our bags in the apartment and gave us the keys and provided an explanation of things in the apartment. There were a couple of small issues during our stay but they were resolved very quickly. Check in was fine and Laura was very accommodating and even provided us with details of local restaurants and bakeries before we arrived. The apartment is in a great location and close to the centre of Bologna ( 10-12 mins walk) and the train station(10 mins walk). It was a little tired in parts but very clean and provided a good space for 4 adults for a week. There are two supermarkets nearby ( Aldi and Coop) which was very handy.

Nothing in particular. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved very quickly. There is however major works going on the street outside the apartment where they are installing a tram system. Of course this is outside of the control of the hosts but if you are in the bedroom facing the street or the living area the works are quite loud in the morning but don't go on all day. I had earplugs with me so was fine.

Good location

We were right smack in the middle of the city's construction. The streets were dirty and dusty and noisy!
