Wonderful short stay in fabulous place

Fantastic location Welcoming host who spoke fantastic English Great rooms and spacious accommodation

Needed an extra blanket/cover in the beds for us to be totally comfortable, but this was a small thing. Slightly later check out would have made it 10/10

Everything, wonderful space to base ourselves for a week and travel to different parts of Italy. The kids had their own space which was wonderful. 2 bathrooms was amazing! Having a washing machine after 2 weeks away was amazing!!

Very spacious apartment which made us feel at home. Very clean with lots of amenities. Great communication with the host who suggested herself that we can check-out later which was very helpful to us. Within 10 minute walk to the central train station.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

0. Our host Laura was very kind, patient and helpful. 1. Huge apartment, probably 120 m²/ 1300 ft². 2. Two bathrooms each with a shower/bathtub. 3. Two bedrooms, with very comfortable mattress and pillows. Ample wardrobe space. 4. Fully functional kitchen. 5. Beautifully decorated apartment. 6. Excellent location with cafes, restaurants, and shopping nearby. 7. Walking distance from the train station and city centre, but the area is not crowded or noisy. 8. Good sound isolation with triple-glazed windows. 9. Two sets of keys. 10. Plenty of natural light and ventilation. 11. Spotless clean apartment. 12. Washing machine.

Uncomplicated, tasteful, perfect location.

The location was excellent, and the air conditioning worked very well in most rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped, the apartment was tastefully furnished, and the cleaning was excellent. The elevator also worked.

The street in the living room and one of the bedrooms was quite noisy, made even louder by the construction work. However, the entire city of Bologna was affected by construction, so that could have been the case anywhere else, too.

Loved it

This apartment over delivered! There were 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it felt like a spacious home. Check in was easy and there were many fun things to look at in the apartment. Bed was comfortable. A bit of road noise but we felt at home with this coming from a big city! Only thing I would mention was a 10 minute walk to the historic area which is all done yonder the lovely porticoes. Close to the train station

excellent location, very spacious and clean place, nicely decorated

location is great, really at the heart and 10 min walk to main attractions. yes surrounding is a bit noisy since it is the very center of the city but the sound isolation on windows is pretty good. apartment is very big. bathrooms, rooms and especially the living room is great. internet connectivity is lightning fast. digital platforms on tv are ready if you are bored. aldi supermarket is very very close for food shopping if you need to cook indoors. host is very responsive. you have an answer over whatsapp in minutes.

plan for an early checkout time. you need to vacate at 10 am. if you planned to use your last day for getting around, you'll be recommended for storage locations. would have been great to be able to keep my luggage somewhere but this is not a hotel, I understand.

This is a large, two bedroom, comfortable, light and secure apartment. It has everything needed for any length of stay. There is lift access.

A bit of noise from the road affects the front bedroom. Some of this was roadworks so perhaps this will improve.

Large apartment, great location, wonderful communication and hosts.

Wonderful communication! We felt that the hosts were responsive and proactive. Very accommodating to us arriving later in the day with a self check in. Apartment was VERY spacious - much larger than in the photos. We were travelling with two teenagers and the space was perfect. We loved Bolgona - and the apartment location, size, space, and wonderful hosts made our experience 5*. We would totally recommend. Thank you!

Very big apartment, comfortable and in a nice area.

The doors were a bit squeaky and it needed some extra dusting, but the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean.

A Charming Retro Retreat in Bologna

One of the highlights of the place was its tasteful retro decor, featuring a collection of intriguing old books, posters, and charming decorations. Location-wise, the apartment couldn't have been more convenient. Situated just a short stroll away from the city center, it allowed for easy exploration of Bologna's charming streets and landmarks. Being able to reach the heart of the city on foot within a few minutes was a definite perk, making our stay even more enjoyable. Equally noteworthy were the hosts, who proved to be exceptionally welcoming and attentive. From the moment of our arrival, they showed genuine interest in ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. Quick to respond to any queries we had, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The apartment is near the central station, there is a supermarket nearby, and everything you need for a long stay is available, so you can spend a comfortable time. Amenities and seasonings are also substantial. The rooms are large and well organized.

Amazing stay in Bologna, can't wait to return!

Location was excellent for us, between the station and centro storico. Very easy to find and a Coop supermarket at the end of the street. Communication both prior and during our stay was excellent. We really appreciated the little touches like coffee, tea, sugar. Fantastic shower in the second bathroom.
