Everything about it. It’s a hideaway right in town. Loved the way it is decorated and the garden was just perfect to linger in.
I just wish I had stayed longer. Would have also loved a gym, even if small.

Dorian and Alicia were both fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel very welcome!

Our stay at La Divine Comédie was absolutely unforgettable—easily one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, making us feel completely at home.
The property itself is stunning. Tucked away in the heart of Avignon, it feels like a peaceful garden oasis hidden from the city. The lush grounds are serene and beautiful, and the villa is impeccably designed, with so much character and attention to detail.
The location is also incredibly convenient for exploring Avignon, while still feeling wonderfully quiet and secluded once you step inside. It truly feels like a special place, and I couldn’t recommend La Divine Comédie enough. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
If you are driving be sure to read the staff’s instructions before entering the city gate. Your GPS will not get you there but their instructions will.
