Great amenities and lovely people

Great location close to the beach (a really nice path leading to it), all sorts of activities for small kids (indoor playroom, outdoor playground, pools and slides, game rooms etc.), a nice spa for the parents ☺️, and above all a very friendly staff

The restaurant was crowded and noisy, it was sometimes a challenge finding a free table.

Great resort for families looking for a fun time

The hotel has a great pool area and small aquapark that was fun to visit. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. The parking fee is was very affordable compared to other hotels. We had a great time on the property as there is a very nice boardwalk that leads through the resort. The small train takes you from the resot to Umag was a wonderful way to get around.

The lounge chairs at the pool were impossible to get a hold of, as most of them had towels on them by 10am even though there were not that many people using the pool at that time. The hotel should regulate how the lounge chairs are being used and prevent "towel reserving" of the loungers.

Great location with a perfect beach in a pine forest with natural shadow. Good facilities and animation for children. Very good breakfast and dinner.

Huge area with a lot of options to relax

The location is huge, I mean huge. It almost half an island, you can walk and hour and still next to the complex. There are 5-6 hotels, bars, beaches, shops, restaurants on site, you don't even have to go anywhere in Umag. Great place for people with children and also without them. The pool side is nice and there are a lot of place, you don't have to worry about crowd maybe on peak season at breakfast, but it is okay.

We arrived with an electric car and the receptionist said there is no option to charge on the location. Later we found a free charger next to the hotel..It would have been better if they can help with us.

good interconnected rooms for family, nice welcome staff, various breakfast and dinner

kids playroom closed due to renovations but not mentioned on booking portal internal pool open only until 20.00 and closes even 10 minutes before as pool keeper takes watch on the wall as granted and doesn’t take any argument that it’s not exact time shown

Hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the sea. Rooms are nice and clean, bathroom well equipped ( towels a bit small, but ok on the whole). Nice to fine a little snack, and appreciated the "welcome drink" voucher... even if is not intended for sodas Dining area spacious. Staff helpful and friendly

Due to the presence of some football teams, in some corridors there were piles of dirty laundry abandoned on the floor... there were dirty glasses\plates around.... that was not really pleasant especially in a 4 star resort. Not alwasy easy to find a free table, but staff was helpful and friendly

Great staff and food but the general state of the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Excellent staff, everyone is so nice and helpful. Very good variety of food choices for dinner and breakfast. Close to the sea and nice walking paths. Spacious rooms and enough closet space.

The state of the facilities and especially cleanliness are a far cry away from a 4* hotel standard. The bathroom wasnt clean, cuttlery during meals wasnt clean, tiles were coming off and there was mould in the pool area, ceiling coming off in the spa...Really abhorrent for a hotel of that standard. The owner should invest some serious money into the hotel.

Autumn bycicling

I am 2nd time here in October. Hotel is 100m to the beach throug a park. It is great for bycicling in the area or walks. Close to tenis courts, nice, orderly environment. Got requested quiet room.

Meals are crowded.
