Struttura con potenziale ma molto da fare

Cibo scadente ( succhi colazione zucchero puro, tacchino asciutto, pasta stracotta, verdure scadenti e tutto senza sale, colazione uova fredde, prodotti scadenti) servizio scadente. Stanze datate. Prosecco. E succo benvenuto di scarsa qualità.

das ewige in der Schlange stehen, obwohl die Speisen gut ersichtlich als Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen dargereicht wurden, die Gäste selber jedoch nicht bereit sind das System zu ändern/durchschauen, und richtig böse werden, wenn jemand anders handelt.

Die Zimmer sind schön groß. Die Poolanlage ist schön. Das Essen ist ok. Getränke inklusive ist super. Abends wird musiktechnisch immer was geboten.

Die Zimmer sind leider nicht ganz sauber. Die Poolanlage müsste mehr gepflegt werden. Im Pool war Dreck vorhanden, hat man besonders gut vom oberen Zimmer aus gesehen. Hatten Poolblick. Das Essen hätte geschmackvoller sein können.

La struttura è molti bella e dotata di tanti spazi. Lo staff è stato davvero gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Il cibo era molto variegato e abbondante. Lo consiglio assolutamente

Da migliorare la pulizia in generale in particolar modo nelle stanze non pulite con attenzione e profondità...anche il fondo della piscina avrebbe bisogno di un po piu di cura.consiglierei 1po di manutenzione in più e aggiungerei qualcosa in più sulla colazione "dolce" all'italiana. Sono solo consigli per piccoli miglioramenti.

Enttäuschend. Schmutzig, überfüllt und nicht Gastfreundlich

Sehr wenig, bis gar nichts!

Sehr viel, bis alles! Unfreundliches und unmotiviertes Personal. Restaurant bzw. "Kantine" total überfüllt und laut. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht da es nur 20€ mehr gekostet hat für 2 Nächte, sind aber dann doch Abends essen gegangen, da jedesmal eine Schlange angestanden ist um überhaupt einen Platz zu bekommen. Zimmer waren schmutzig und nicht gerade im besten Zustand. Poolbereich war nicht sauber und das um 10 Uhr Vormittag. Der Strand und der Park zum Hotel waren verdreckt und vermüllt. Wir hatten bei der Reservierung extra für ein Babybett angefragt dass uns auch zugesagt wurde, aber leider hatten wir kein Babybett im Zimmer. Da wir nur 2 Nächte blieben und das Personal so unfreundlich war, haben wir aber nicht nachgefragt und der kleine schlief bei uns im Bett das außergewöhnlich groß war.

Gute Lage aber schlechtes Hotel

Positiv kann man nur das Personal am Poolrestaurant und im Wellnessbereich erwähnen. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und der Strand ist super schön.

Negativ ist die Motivation des Personals an der Rezeption und im Speisesaal zu erwähnen. Es gab nichtmal ein Willkommen beim Checkin. Das Essen ist extrem Fleischlastig, wenn man kein Fleisch isst hat man so gut wie keine Auswahl. Badetücher am Pool waren nicht verfügbar da alle vergriffen waren (Nebensaison). Die Liegen am Pool sind mehr als durchgelegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schlecht gereinigt und gleich bei unserem Einzug war das Badezimmer und der Balkon schmutzig. Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur im Zimmer anzupassen obwohl die Zimmer extrem runtergekühlt sind. Wir waren im letzten Jahr in einem Hotel dieser Kette in Porec und dort war alles in einem Top Zustand. Dieses Hotel in Umag wird uns nicht wieder sehen.

Ein tolles Hotel für Familien. Paradies für Kinder! Das Hotel bietet so viel für die Kinder an. Essen auch top!!!! Wir durften sogar am Abreisetag noch alles benützen. Strand perfekt für Kinder zum reingehen ins Meer! Alles in einem der beste Urlaub bis jetzt!!!

Die Nähe zum Meer, die Pool Landschaft, freundliches Personal,

Wasser im Pool kälter als im Meer, unglaublich laut im Speisesaal, an den Rutschen schlägt man sich ständig was auf, Frühstück nix besonders, wenig Auswahl, sehr unübersichtlich, Abendessen, für Kinder nicht ansprechend (z. B. Keine Pommes) und im allgemeinen nicht so gut!

Smatram da vrijednost za novac nije opravdana. Hrana je bila osrednja. Radije bih vidio manji izbor hrane, ali veću kvalitetu. Redovi za doručak i večeru su predugi. Sobe su stare i potrebna im je renovacija, iako je moja soba bila uredna, mogla je biti i čistija. Parking se naplaćuje. Za cijenu koju sam platio za dvije noći, očekivao sam više.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für erholsame Ferien

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage zum Meer und zum Park war ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir hatten nur Frühstück, und die Auswahl war groß und gut.

Der einzige Mangel – für uns allerdings ziemlich schwerwiegend – war der Kaffee beim Frühstück: Das war kein richtiger Kaffee, eher etwas wie verdünnter Kakao. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt zwar nicht gestört, aber den Kaffee mussten wir woanders trinken.

Este zenés program volt, nem tudom, hogy minden este van e, ha igen akkor ez nagyon pozitív. Jó hangulat volt emiatt mind a két este amikor ott voltunk. A reggeli és a vacsora bőséges és elég. A bárnál az italok kedvező áton vannak, a szobák nagyok.

Sajnos a kinti medence még nem volt uzemképes, de ezt meg is irták, viszont a közelben több helyen már üzemképesek voltak a medencék.

La struttura si presenta abbastanza bene, il giusto per le 4 stelle

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la piscina interna, purtroppo per la nostra permanenza l'impianto di riscaldamento era inefficiente e non si è potuto usufruirne. Con noi avevamo una persona intollerante al lattosio, benchè avvertiti, il cibo a buffet, non evidenziava gli allergeni. Nonostante le suddette inefficienze, al momento del ceck out, il tutto è stato riportato, ma oltre le scuse della signora alla reception, è finito tutto lì. A parte il guasto alla piscina, come consiglio, direi ai responsabili di migliorare lato ristorazione con tipologia di allergeni, altrimenti gli intolleranti sono molto penalizzati. Un merito va alla signorina Katherina, responsabile settore cucina che si è prodigata per facilitare l'intollerante al lattosio.

Lokacija,spa zona,doručak i večera,konobari ljubazni..

Sa kreveta u sobi ispala poprilično teška daska,spala na jastuk djetetu pored glave,samo srećom nije došlo do ozbiljnih povreda. Kućni majstor odmah reagovao,uklonio dasku i dostavio produžni kabal za struju na naš zahtjev! Sa recepcije ili nekog od nadležnih šefova nismo dobili ni jedno malo izvinjenje. Mislili smo porodično provesti ljetni odmor ovde ali zbog ovakvog pristupa tražimo drugi hotel!

Great amenities and lovely people

Great location close to the beach (a really nice path leading to it), all sorts of activities for small kids (indoor playroom, outdoor playground, pools and slides, game rooms etc.), a nice spa for the parents ☺️, and above all a very friendly staff

Es war ein super Urlaub , Preis Leistung unschlagbar - die paar Änderungen und wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Es war überall sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch sehr flink (bei heruntergefallenen Tellern, Schmutz usw.). Für Kinder ist es wirklich toll, es gibt eine Riesen Poollandschaft, auch für die Kleinsten gibt es ein riesiges Max. Knietiefes Becken zum Plantschen. Der Aquapark für die großen ist natürlich ein Highlight. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet - das passt perfekt, schließlich verbringt man dort eigentlich nicht viel Zeit. Das Bad (zB Duschmontur) könnte allerdings mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Der Strand ist wirklich in Gehnähe man geht nicht mal 5 Minuten - durch den aufgeschütteten Sandstrand ist es mit Kindern wirklich angenehm.

Ganz ganz großes Manko: der Speisesaal ist definitiv zu klein - der gehört dringend an die Gästeanzahl angepasst, wenn man nicht um viertel 7 anstand bekam man keinen Platz und musste draußen warten (sehr lustig mit 3 Kindern). Außerdem gab es ein derartiges Gedränge beim Buffet das man zu den meisten Sachen gar nicht hinkonnte. Das war alles wahnsinnig mühsam und nervig. Auch sollten die Bademeister finde ich mehr Augen auf die Liegen haben - die Leute sind früh morgens hin, haben etliche Liegen reserviert mit dem Hotel Handtüchern und sind dann ganzen Tag nicht gekommen - haben zum Schluss solche Handtücher einfach weg weil das einfach eine Unart ist. Den Bademeistern war das trotz eindeutigem Schild, das es keine Reservierung gibt, ziemlich egal.

Great resort for families looking for a fun time

The hotel has a great pool area and small aquapark that was fun to visit. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. The parking fee is was very affordable compared to other hotels. We had a great time on the property as there is a very nice boardwalk that leads through the resort. The small train takes you from the resot to Umag was a wonderful way to get around.

The lounge chairs at the pool were impossible to get a hold of, as most of them had towels on them by 10am even though there were not that many people using the pool at that time. The hotel should regulate how the lounge chairs are being used and prevent "towel reserving" of the loungers.
