A room was a little bit small (had a baby bed beside ours). The loud music from somewhere near was really disturbing. Happened both nights and lasted until 3am. Not the hotel fault but left us a bit tired :)

Great family resort

Not recommended! It was a very disappointing stay and we regret we went there.

The room was ok, but too small for three people, but clean. The pool was nice - but we could only swim once in it because it was so busy. There was no space at all - people blocked it with their towels and it was not enjoyable. The breakfast was ok, they also had soy and oat milk.

The staff at the reception was not very friendly - we needed an extra room for one night because my husband got sick. The lady at the reception told me she had to book one person out of my our room and register for one night into the new one. After that she would book me back on my old room - just a "formality". Turned out she charged me double the price on my original room and did not say a thing about it. When I asked at the reception at the reception they said they could not do anything about it and I had to accept it. No one would investigate or help, even when I said, I was not told about a new price. I was only told it was a formality and had to do with the booking system and my name. I was so upset and angry! Another thing to mention: The food was below everything I have ever eaten at a hotel- for a 4 star hotel it was definitely not good. It felt like the food you get at school canteens...Also there were so many people at the buffet that you had to wait. Food-wise we were so disappointed because we assumed it would be nice mediterran food. Another negative: The hotel was full with germans (99%) - it felt like "Ballermann Mallorca 2.0". Because we did not have a chance to stay at the pool, we went to the beach, which was equally crowded and busy and not fun. In general the staff was not very friendly - only one older guy at the bar in the lobby was standing out: a lovely nice man who loves his job! The room: Once you took a shower the floor got flooded, because the water ran out of the shower. We had to use multiple towels every time to dry it off. They sent someone to fix it but it did not work.

Rooms were not properly cleaned, guess because of the pre-season start, fresh smell of the new paint. Also, it seemed like room was lacking some furniture (small tables) though this is not really important.

Food was nice, and we liked the Miniclub , although the opening hours were kind of short: 9-12 and 14-17

the water in the swimming pools was very cold, I'm not only talking about the outside pool, but also about the inside pool. We stayed one week in the first half of September and the weather was always nice with kinda good temperatures but because of the cold water in the pools many people wouldn't get in, and we all got a cold. Especially the small kids pool, the one with nice waterpark had super cold water and was always empty for this reason. If we had known we would have spent our money elsewhere.

If you need to know what I’ve didn’t like you need to accept it to improve for the future.. Please accept it ————— The bed is not much clean , they need to change the layer beneath the bed sheets It was non hygienic at all The clear didn’t use the vacuum everyday

Great nights

We arrived earlier and we were welcomed by the friendly and happy staff in the reception. Told us that our room (residence 2) was not ready yet, but we could park our car there, so we did it. After an hour of waiting in this big and beautiful reception lobby we were informed that our room is on the residence 3. We arrived to the room which was on the ground floor (easy and fast access). The room itself was very clean and smells good. In the room there is a big closet. The bathroom was also very big and comfortable. The bedsheets and pillows were clean. Towels were changed on a daily basis. The cleaning service was amazing doing their job correctly. Nothing to complain about the breakfast or the dinner.!! Everything was very tasty and cooked to perfection. Every night was very special for us. I'll definitely come back again!!

Unfortunately the room was not as the photos. The power outlets in the wall were completely broken but they were working. We immediately called the reception and informed them about the damage. After 10 minutes an electrician arrived and fixed the outlets.

Room is quite large, kids will like the aqua park (despite some things not working and generally quite old), my wife & I got a superb massage from the lady at the wellness, food generally ok (breakfast not too varied though), Kids club 4 is basically a day care (great if you need to go to massage as parents)

Impossible to find a parking spot! They leave the gate open so anyone can enter, so good luck finding a parking - or else you gotta go to the public parking. Old bathroom (seem to be left unrenovated, the room is ok), Swimming pool and general aqua park is dated (some items no longer work), Wifi often too slow for HD video, and overall the staffs are unfriendly and borderline rude. We didnt get the full info about how to use the green cover of the keycard as method of payment. When we ordered something at the bar the lady got pissed why we dont know this. Lots of things like this. Overall you are not treated as a hotel guest but as if you are a moron that only comes to eat and drink and should be thankful that they would even serve you. Except the lady at the wellness and some dining/ breakfast staffs, the rest are quite ignorant, grumpy, and unfriendly. For the price I would choose another resort next time. The beach is also not that wonderful btw (also not so close, you have to walk 5-10 mins)
