Great Seaview room

The location of this room was perfect..right across the road from the promenade and halfway between Umag and Stella Maris. The owners, Toni and Linda, couldn't have been nicer and responded quickly when I messaged them. The walking shower was a treat after using many tiny shower stalls on this trip.

A mini-fridge would have been nice, but that is not a complaint.

The view and location are great!

The beds are very close to the balcony door and have sharp edges, so I had to hit my feet painfully several times. There is a lack of attention to small details, which are quite important during vacations: there is no bedside lamp for reading, the balcony chairs are uncomfortable, WiFi is very slow.

I had a great experience during my stay in Umag! The location of the accommodation was simply perfect, scoring a solid 100% on my list. Not only was it conveniently situated, but the town itself had so much to offer. Umag is a gem of a place, boasting a charming atmosphere. Toni, the host was an absolute delight. Their proactive approach in providing tips on where to find the best attractions, restaurants, and other hidden gems in the area. Communication with the host was also seamless and efficient. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure all my queries were addressed promptly. Umag itself offered a plethora of activities to engage in. The proximity to convenience stores, restaurants, and bars was a definite plus. Moreover, Umag's strategic location, just 2 hours away from Slovenia and Italy, made it an excellent base for exploring neighboring countries. The beautiful vineyards surrounding the area also added to the charm of Umag, and I couldn't resist indulging in some exquisite local wines.

Unfortunately, the weather during my visit got rainy and cold, and there were no means provided to warm up the room.

Room without sea view was really small, and wasn't helped by the sole tiny window in the corner which provided little natural light. Shared kitchen space was not able to be used for cooking....no coffee or coffee machine provided.

The host had amazing food recommendations and tips to get around Umag. Very hospitable and extremely quick to respond to any requests. The tram is right at your doorstop so you can reach old town and the beautiful Blue Flag beaches in the north very easily for a few Kuhns. From the room you can view the beautiful bay of Umag with its charming Adriatic fishing boats. Would definitely come back again!

The rest was good, and te view and location are excellent. We loved that we could eat breakfast in the restaurant across the street, and beds were comfortable.

We didn't have well enough internet, but we managed and bought it. Also, it was quite cold for a few days and we had to buy hair dryer.

The host Toni is super friendly and ready to help you whenever you need anything. I appriciate the possibility of parking at the driveway and even the possibility to leve my car after the checkout until evening. It is very close to the city center, beach and ATP stadium ( about 10 min walk)

Superb

The place was very clean and neat. The hosts are super friendly and ready to help you whenever you need anything. We appreciated non-contact check in/out and also the possibility of parking at the spot. It is very close to the city center and a store was only up the street.

We had a room with double bed which we found smaller than expected. What surprised us was that in the picture, you can see a stove in a shared kitchen, which we assumed is possible to use. After our arrival we found out it is not possible to use it at all, so I recommend specifying this in more detail in the description.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft liegt 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt, der Weg entlang des Hafens ist traumhaft. Unmittelbar daneben sind ein Konzum und ein paar Lokale. Ein Traum war unser Balkon mit Blick auf die Stadt. Div. Strände sind in 5-10 Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Die Küche ist eine Gemeinschaftsküche und bietet alles an Geschirr, was man braucht. Im Zimmer hat man einen eigenen kleinen Kühlschrank. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vorm Haus, das ist auch super. Die Vermieter (Toni & Linda) sind sehr hilfsbereit und stehen jederzeit für Fragen per Whatsapp zur Verfügung. Wir haben Tipps für Strände und Lokale bekommen.

Es sind ein paar Kleinigkeiten, z.B. wäre eine Ablage oberhalb des Bettes praktisch, oder im Bad bzw. im Zimmer direkt wären ein paar Regale von Vorteil. Die Küche im Obergeschoss bietet keine Möglichkeit sich warme Speisen zu machen. Aber sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral ein paar Gehminuten zu den Lokale und Geschäften angenehm ruhig um diese Jahreszeit. Toni hat alles super organisiert für uns ist immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle gewesen.

Alles super,die Lage direkt am Hafen! Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr,sehr schön und sauber! Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt! Die Gemeinschaftküche ist super,alles vorhanden! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Leuke stadslocatie

Locatie met uitzicht op de baai en op loopafstand van het centrum. Supermarkten en diverse strandjes op korte afstand. Parkeerplaats bij het huisje. De eigenaar was goed bereikbaar per Whatsapp en reageerde vriendelijk en adequaat als we een vraag of probleempje hadden.

Wij vonden het huisje erg donker van binnen en de bedbank niet geschikt voor volwassenen (wel voor een nachtje, maar niet voor een hele vakantie). Het tuinmeubilair is niet comfortabel om langere tijd op te zitten. De eigenaar bood overigens aan dat we kussentjes hiervoor mochten aanschaffen, maar stoelen met hogere en verstelbare rugleuning of een leuke loungebank zou het vakantiegevoel aanzienlijk verhogen.
