Great location for a short visit

The neighborhood is beautiful and a nice walk to town or the beach. We loved having a kitchen and a great spot for parking our car.

The bed was really bad and the bathroom & kitchen needed to be cleaned. But it didn’t ruin our stay, we still had a nice visit.

good location near city centre and near the beach, very friendly and helpful owner, comfortable bedroom, very big apartment and nice kitchen

it felt like someone was living there when no one was staying there, there were personal pictures in the drawers and someones entire winter collection in the bedroom closet, very loud footsteps from the upper floor, dog steps were heard through the ceiling all night long, dirty dishes, bathroom was full of someones shampoos and other accessories

Very unpleasant and unusual. Would not recommend

On walking distance to beach and city center

Booked a room with garden view and balcony, ended up in a small dark room streetside without balcony. The room was like a guestroom in the house of the hosts itself. Up all night and morning due to very loud noises and thin walls. Our bathroom was next to the owners bathroom. Our bathrooms were only seperated by a thin wall and partly just window without glass, covered with a curtain. The hosts been into our room when we were to the beach. Booked for 5 nights in advance, but we decided to leave after our first night. Not enjoyable at all.

Perfect location and studio

The studio was very spacious and clean. The location of the accommodation was perfect. It was right between the city and the beach. The owner was very nice and cleaned our room and kitchen. I would really recommend this guesthouse.

Pleasant

Nice garden and really nice hostesse (with two big cats!). I felt a little bit as on a camping, but I liked that feeling. I liked the ambience - quite old school :D Should avoid if you don't spending time with stranger neighbors (garden is open for all guests. That is nice, but could be annoying for some people).

Walls are quite thin... Room is small with quite old furniture and bathroom (but who spends time in apartment while beaches are waiting).

Nie wieder, so ein Haus gehört saniert.

Das einzig gute war die Lage, weil Beach und Stadt schnell erreichbar sind. ach ja und der Wasserdruck war gut.

Pure Katastrophe - statt der 65m2 im Erdgeschoss erhielten wir ein kleines Studio im 2ten OG, durchgelegene Matrazen, schimmlige, verstopfte Dusche, verdrecktes Geschirr und tägliche Nikotin und Lärmbelästigung durch die Vermieterin! Betrug auf höchstem Niveau - während unseres Aufenthalts war das "schöne Apartment" und auch das, in dem wir waren, noch immer offen zum Buchen! Sie hat behauptet, das sei Ihr Apartment und sie braucht es für die Hunde, weil ihre Tochter im Krankenhaus ist, dabei hat sie sich immer im 2ten Stock wo auch ihre Küche war oder im 1ten Stock am Balkon zu hören oder sehen. Reiner Psychoterror durch die Vermieterin - eine Kettenraucherin, die täglich an der Hauswand um die Ecke gesessen und hat geraucht hat, sodass man den Rauch unter dem Türschlitz durch schon beim Aufwachen riechen konnte, ausserdem hat sie laut gehustet. Und das vor 7 Uhr in der Früh und Abends als es schon dunkel war. Mein Freund hat sie einmal darauf angeredet, das sagte sie dass sie gleich fertig sei, doch sie hat es danach dann dauernd gemacht und hatte auch noch Spaß daran.

Zwar waren die beiden Hausdamen sehr nett, aber sorry....................

Die Lage zentral in Rovinj war der Grund für die Buchung, ich stelle keine hohen Ansprüche auch brauche ich kein Frühstück. Ich war mit dem Motorrad unterwegs, zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung war dieses Haus die einzige Option, ich hätte auch Hotels/Häuser mit höheren Kosten akzeptiert.

Ich war eine Nacht im ersten Stock dieses Gästehauses. Beim Betreten des Eingangsbereichs kam mir schon stechender Uringeruch entgegen, dies war wohl auf eine alte nette Dame zurückzuführen, welche anscheinend die Seniorbesitzerin ist und im ersten Stock Ihre Räumlichkeiten hat. Nach dem Betreten meines Zimmers musste ich umgehend auf die Toilette, weil ich schon stundenlang mit dem Motorrad unterwegs war. Beim Öffnen des WC-Deckels musste ich feststellen, dass die WC-Muschel leider grauslich benutzt und nicht gereinigt war. Außerdem habe ich im linken Bereich des Doppelbetts am Boden einen gebrauchten Damenschlüpfer entsorgen müssen.

Buona posizione, ma esperienza deludente

La casa si trova in buona posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro, con il vantaggio del parcheggio nel cortile.

Per il resto, esperienza deludente. L’intera struttura è affittata come guest house: noi eravamo al secondo piano, in un corridoio con diverse porte tutte uguali e un forte odore di cucinato proveniente probabilmente dall’abitazione della proprietaria. La stanza era arrangiata, con un frigorifero malfunzionante messo in un angolo. Il bagno, senza alcuna coibentazione, confinava con quello della stanza accanto: sembrava di essere dentro insieme ai vicini, si sentiva davvero tutto. Pulizia da migliorare.

Velmi dobré, pro nepříliš náročné

Hledali jsme levnější ubytování, klidný pokoj na jedno přespání, s parkovištěm, nedaleko centra - všechno to ubytování zcela splňuje. Vybavení je velmi jednoduché, pokoj malý, ale pro tento účel to úplně stačí. Do centra je to 15 minut pěšky.

Posizione eccellente ma pulizia da rivedere

La posizione della struttura è eccellente, sia per raggiungere il centro sia per raggiungere le spiagge. La struttura presenta un comodo parcheggio e la padrona di casa è stata inoltre gentile e disponibile

L’appartamento era molto essenziale e alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere migliorati (es: non c’era il phon, gli asciugamani erano spaiati e i materassi erano un po’ scomodi), in più il mobilio era alquanto antiquato. Dal punto di vista della pulizia invece la situazione non era delle migliori e andrebbe decisamente migliorata.

Alojamiento correcto para una estancia breve en Porec

El parking es dentro del edificio, lo cual es fantástico y la ubicación muy cercana al centro, menos de 10 minutos andando.

La limpieza podría ser mejor, se veía algo descuidado el apartamento. La ducha está muy alta y es pequeña, por lo que tienes que bajar la alcachofa. Incómoda para gente grande.
